Geschwister, eine kleine Nasiha, als erstes an mich. Manchmal sollten wir aufpassen wie wir mit jemanden reden oder diskutieren wir könnten sie verletzten.

Kleine Geschichte zum
Nachdenken.
Abdullah war ein eifriger Mann, bloß fehlten ihm Fähigkeiten seinen Enthusiasmus richtig einzusetzen. Eines Tages ging er zum Dhuhr Gebet in die Moschee, geleitet von der Sorge um das Gebet und der Verehrung der Religion. Er beeilte sich, aus Angst, den Anfang des Gebets zu verpassen.
Auf seinem Weg ging er an einer Palme vorbei, sah nach oben und bemerkte einen Mann, der sich um das Pflücken der Datteln kümmerte. Abdullah wunderte sich über diesen Mann, der sich nicht auf dem Weg zum Gebet gemacht hat, als hätte er den Gebets ruf nicht gehört. Wütend schrie Abdullah: ,,Komm runter zum Gebet.'' Der Mann sagte in aller Ruhe: ,,in Ordnung, in Ordnung''. Abdullah erwiderte: ,,Beeil dich und geh endlich beten du Esel!''
Aufgebracht schrie der Mann: ,,Ich Esel?'' Er nahm einem Palmen ast und kletterte herunter, um Abdullah zu schlagen. Doch Abdullah bedeckte sein Gesicht mit seiner Ghutra( Kopfbedeckung für Männer ), um nicht erkannt zu werden und rannte in die Moschee. Der Mann war wütend am Boden angekommen, ging nach Hause, verrichtete sein Gebet und ruhte sich etwas aus. Dann ging er wieder zu den Palmen um seine Arbeit fortzusetzen. Als es dann Zeit war das Asr Gebet zu verrichten, ging Abdullah wieder aus seinem Haus, um in die Moschee zu gehen.
Auf seinem Weg dorthin sah er den Mann wieder oben auf der Palme.Diesmal sagte er aber: ,,Friede sei mit dir, wie geht es dir ?''
Der Mann antwortete: ,, Al-hamdulillah''Abdullah erwiderte: ,, Und, erzähl! Wie werden die Datteln dieses Jahr?''Er sagte: ,,Dem Herrn sei Dank.''
Abdullah sagte: ,, Möge Allah dich zum Besten führen und möge Er dir noch mehr geben, dein Vermögen vergrößern und dir den Lohn deiner Arbeit und der Mühe deiner Kinder wegen nicht entziehen.''
Der Mann freute sich über dieses Bittgebet, sagte Amin und bedankte sich.
Da sagte Abdullah: ,,Du scheinst jedoch so sehr in der Arbeit vertieft zu sein, dass du den Gebetsruf nicht vernommen hast. Es wurde nämlich schon zum Asr Gebet gerufen und die Iqama ist sehr bald. Ist es nicht besser wenn du runter kommst um dich etwas auszuruhen und das Gebet zu verrichten ? Nach dem Gebet kannst du ja deine Arbeit fortsetzen. Möge Allah deine Gesundheit schützen, Bruder.''
Der Mann sagte: ,, So Allah will, so Allah will.'' Er stieg behutsam runter, ging zu Abdullah, gab ihm mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht die Hand und sagte: ,,ich danke dir für deinen schönen und netten Umgang. Der vorhin hier war, wenn ich ihn bloß sehe, dann würde ich ihm zeigen wer der Esel von uns beiden ist.''

Der ehrenwerte Scheikh und Gelehrte Şāliĥal-Fauzān, möge Allah ihn ihm Guten bewahren, sagte in seiner Erklärung zum Buch „Scharĥuş-Şunnah li l-Imām al-Barbahārī" bezüglich der Aussage des Autor, „der Glaube, dass der Glaube (al-Īmān) aus Worten, Taten und Absicht besteht, er steigt und fällt, so viel wie Allah will und er kann fallen, bis nichts mehr von ihm übrig bleibt", folgendes:
„Was die Definition von Glaube (al-Īmān) aus der Sicht der Scharī'ah anbetrifft, so ist dieser der Glaube mit dem Herzen, das Aussprechen mit der Zunge und die Handlungen des Körpers, er steigt durch Gehorsam und fällt durch Sünde. Der Glaube kann nur bestehen, wenn diese drei Dinge vorhanden sind. Deshalb ist derjenige, der zwar mit seinem Herzen glaubt, aber nicht mit seiner Zunge, auch kein Gläubiger (Mu`min). Denn Allah, Erhaben und absolut Majestätisch ist Er, sagte über die Ungläubigen: "Wir wissen wohl, dass dich das, was sie sagen, in der Tat traurig macht. Aber nicht dich bezichtigen sie (in Wirklichkeit) der Lüge, sondern die Zeichen Allahs verleugnen die(se) Ungerechten."[1] Und Er sagte über Fir`aun (Pharao): "Er sagte: „Du weißt ja, niemand außer dem Herrn der Himmel und der Erde hat diese als einsichtbringende Zeichen herabgesandt."[2] Und Er, Erhaben und absolut Majestätisch ist Er, sagte über die Ungläubigen, die Seine Zeichen für Lüge erklären haben: "Und sie verleugneten sie, obwohl sie selbst davon überzeugt waren, aus Ungerechtigkeit und Überheblichkeit."[3] Somit ist der Glaube im Herzen allein nicht ausreichend, so wie es diese al-Murdji`ah behaupten. Dieser ist nicht der Glaube. Auch der Glaube mit der Zunge allein, ist nicht ausreichend, denn dies ist der Glaube der Heuchler: "Sie sagen mit ihren Zungen, was nicht in ihren Herzen ist."[4]
Und der Glaube mit dem Herzen und das Aussprechen (des Glaubens) mit der Zunge allein reichen auch nicht aus, so wie es einige dieser al-Murdji`ah behaupten. Dies ist nicht ausreichend, denn es ist notwendig, dass auch Handlungen des Körpers dieses bestätigen. Derjenige also, der mit seinem Herzen und seiner Zunge glaubt, aber weder betet, fastet noch die ihm vorgeschriebene Pilgerfahrt verrichtet noch sonst irgendeine Tat, dieser ist ein Ungläubiger (Kāfir). Auch wenn er mit seiner Zunge gläubig sein sollte und den Glauben ausspricht und in seinem Herzen glaubt und bezeugt, dass es keinen anbetungswürdigen Gott gibt, außer Allah und dass Muĥammad, der Gesandte Allahs ist! Denn seine Unterlassung der Taten, ohne einen legitimen Grund dafür, lässt ihn kein Gläubiger mehr sein, außer wenn diese Unterlassung begründet ist, wie zum Beispiel, dass er dazu gezwungen wird oder er vergessen hat oder unwissend ist. Oder Im Fall einer Person, die den Islam angenommen hat und nicht die Möglichkeit dazu hatte, eine Tat zu verrichten, weil er nach seiner Konvertierung direkt gestorben ist. Dieser wird nicht bezüglich der Taten zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden, weil er ja schließlich nicht die Möglichkeit dazu hatte. Dasselbe gilt natürlich auch für den, der geistig behindert ist, dieser hat keine Möglichkeit, eine Tat zu verrichten. Doch derjenige, der zum Verrichtend er Taten fähig ist und diese trotzdem ganz unterlassen hat, dieser ist kein Gläubiger (Mu`min) mehr!"

"When the Friday comes, at every door of the Masjid there stands Angels who write down (the names of) those who come First, then who comes next. When the Imam sits down, the records are closed and they come to listen to the reminder , i.e. the Khutba…." Muslim 1984

In this context, the ISIL applied the death penalty against the leader of "Ghurabaa al-Sham" [the Levant's Strangers] in Aleppo, Hassan al-Jazraa.
The sources pointed out that the ISIL decision to execute of, came as a natural result for the battle of influence between armed militias.
Below is the video of al-Jazraa's execution along with 6 of his militants.
A masked man on the video identifies seven men kneeling as members of the Ghurabaa al-Sham brigade. A man who appeared to be Commander Hassan al-Jazraa was among them.
"Al-Jazraa is the most corrupt and the biggest thief," said the man. He spoke into a microphone to a crowd of men, some of whom used their mobile phones to film the killing.
The man, reading from a piece of paper, said al-Jazraa men were also charged with kidnapping and had been tried in a religious court run by ISIL. They were then shot in the head.

A police helicopter has crashed into a pub roof on the banks of the River Clyde in central Glasgow. Police Scotland said a crew of two officers and a civilian pilot were on board the helicopter, but added the force was "not in a position to confirm any details regarding injuries".

I wonder what would happen if everybody just boycotted the commercial consumerism of the Christmas holiday shopping season known as "Black Friday" and adopted an alternative solution... Hmmmm... Oh, perhaps nothing bad like being trampled to death (which used to be reserved for outrageous rock concerts rather than 5 am shopping sprees). Would the stock market crash? Would the sky fall? Would the news stations go into panic mode? Why do people "buy" into the buy-now-or-regret-it-later frenzy? Is an inanimate object that important that mobs must stampeed a store to fork over their hard-earned money in a competitive dystopian display of demeaning dimensia? What is wrong with US? I wish people would wake up and step out of this artificially created phenomenon of "Black Friday." The name trips me out: I know it is supposed to put retailers into the black for the year, but I cannot help but chuckle at the other meanings of black - dark, dim, devoid of light, sinister. Think about it that way, and you might just stay home, too. Otherwise, the joke is on US and we are the chumps. Because in the end, it's all just stuff and tomorrow is another day.

Kesemuanya itu terwujud berkat naungan hukum Islam yang diterapkan secara nyata dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Penerapan hukum Islam tersebut tidak bisa dilepaskan dari peranan para pemimpin dan penguasa Muslim yang benar-benar beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah swt. Para pemimpin senantiasa memelihara dan mengikuti ajaran-ajaran Al Qur'an dan Sunnah Rasulullah saw. Para pemimpin selalu menyatu dengan rakyatnya dan membuka diri untuk menerima pengaduan mengenai segala persoalan. Pemimpin yang senantiasa menghormati para ulama, menghargai nasihat dan fatwa mereka. Pemimpin yang tidak hanya bisa memerintah dari belakang meja kekuasaan, tetapi juga melibatkan diri dalam setiap gerakan jihad fie sabilillah. Mereka selalu ingat dengan nasihat Khalifah Abu Bakar As-Shiddiq r.a ; "Suatu kaum yang meninggalkan jihad pasti akan jatuh hina." Oleh karenanya, tidaklah heran kalau pada masa itu para pemimpin kaum Muslimin mampu mencapai kemenangan yang membawa harum nama Islam dan sekaligus membawa mereka pada puncak kejayaan. Kemenangan gemilang yang telah membebaskan manusia dari segala macam bentuk perbudakan dan kejatuhan moral. Sejarah telah mencatat kejayaan tersebut, dan bukti-buktinya masih bisa disaksikan sampai sekarang.Bukti-bukti sejarah itu tidak dapat dipungkiri, kecuali bagi orang-orang yang merasa dengki terhadap kebangkitan Islam. Para sejarawan Muslim juga banyak menulis tentang kedzaliman yang dilakukan para penguasa. Selain itu kita juga bisa mempelajari peran para ulama yang tidak tinggal diam terhadap kedzaliman yang melanda umat. Para ulama serentak bangkit melawan kemunkaran dan kesewenang-wenangan para penguasa yang telah menyalah gunakan kekuasaannya. Apabila ada seorang pejabat yang bertindak merugikan rakyat, maka ulamalah yang pertama kali berkewajiban untuk memperingatkannya. Rasulullah saw bersabda ; "Tolonglah saudaramu yang dzalim dan yang didzalimi." Seorang shahabat bertanya ,"Ya Rasulullah, aku menolong orang yang didzalimi dan bagaimana aku akan menolong orang yang dzalim ?" Beliau berkata, "Engkau melarangnya dari perbuatan dzalim, itulah upayamu untuk menolongnya." (HR Bukhari dan Muslim) Pada masa kejayaan Islam dahulu, tidak ada seorang penguasa yang menyalah gunakan kekuasaannya tanpa mendapatkan teguran dan peringatan dari ulamanya. Bagaimanapun kedudukannya, apakah dia sultan, khalifah atau pemegang jabatan lain, apabila menyalah gunakan jabatan sehingga merugikan masyarakat, pasti akan mendapatkan peringatan dari para ulama hingga mereka memperbaiki kesalahan dan kembali ke jalan yang benar. Tetapi pada bagian sejarah yang lain, tercatat pula suatu masa dengan penguasa penuh keangkuhan dan mengabaikan kedudukan para ulama. Sikap demikian sebenarnya hanyalah dipengaruhi oleh perasaan gengsi, karena menganggap dirinya lebih berkuasa, dan apa yang diperbuatnya tidak boleh diganggu gugat. Para ulama, lengkap dengan suka dan duka, menghadapi segala tantangan dalam segala bentuknya tatkala berhadapan dengan penguasa yang dihinggapi penyakit 'cinta dunia' (wahn). Para ulama telah berjuang dengan gigih dan penuh keberanian dalam memberikan sumbangan nyata bagi kemaslahatan ummat. Sejarah keberhasilan mereka telah memenuhi lembaran kitab dalam berbagai bahasa . Semua itu membuktikan kepada dunia, betapa besar jasa Islam dan yang telah berkorban bagi kepentingan seluruh ummat. Harus diakui, bahwa syarat untuk mencapai suatu masyarakat yang adil dan makmur, yaitu adanya hubungan kerja sama yang baik antara penguasa dan ulama. Masing-masing saling menghormati , saling memberi dan menerima, serta memahami kedudukannya dalam menegakkan kepentingan umum. Pada hakikatnya jabatan hakim atau qadhi itu haruslah dipegang oleh ulama yang luas pengetahuannya serta mengerti benar hukum-hukum syari'at, sebagaimana telah dicontohkan sejak jaman Rasulullah saw dan para shahabat. Para ulamalah yang diserahi tugas sebagai hakim yang menyelesaikan setiap perkara baik itu pidana, perdata, atau segala persoalan yang berkenaan dengan warisan dan pernikahan. Tetapi masa kejayaan itu memudar dengan jatuhnya pemerintahan Islam. Terjadilah perbedaan arah antara para ulama dan penguasa. Penguasa cenderung mengikuti keinginan nafsunya untuk berbuat kemunkaran, sedangkan sebagian ulama tidak memiliki keberanian untuk melarangnya. Maka di saat itulah hukum Islam diputar balikkan dan diganti dengan hukum yang dibuat menurut pemikiran manusia. Meskipun kaum Muslimin telah dijajah oleh penjajah kafir, namun pendirian para ulama masih tetap teguh pada prinsip. Pada saat itu para hakim diserahi tugas mengawasi segala kepentingan Islam yang berkaitan dengan sosial budaya, perdagangan dan ekonomi, pendidikan, politik dalam dan luar negeri, dan masalah-masalah yang berhubungan dengan hukum, sebagaimana yang juga berlaku pada masa kekuasaan Islam. Masalah yang berkaitan dengan hukum perkawinan seperti nikah, talak, rujuk, nafkah dan masalah-masalah rumah tangga lainnya tetap diberlakukan seperti biasa meskipun di sana-sini sudah ada perubahan. Adapun sektor hukum yang berlaku pada masa pemerintahan Islam dibagi dalam tujuh bagian ; 1.Khalifah sebagai kepala negara. 2.Menteri-menteri (wazir) sebagai pembantu-pembantu Khalifah. 3.Gubernur atau wali sebagai pengatur pemerintahan di wilayah atau daerah tertentu. 4.Hakim (Qadhi) sebagai aparat peradilan. 5. Angkatan Bersenjata sebagai aparat keamanan dan ketertiban. 6.Para pegawai sebagai petugas administrasi negara. 7.Majelis Syura. Kepala negara atau Khalifah diangkat melalui bai'at, bukan dijabat secara turun-temurun. Sistem pewarisan kekuasaan seperti yang banyak diterapkan pada kerajaan-kerajaan Islam pada masa-masa selanjutnya, sebetulnya sudah menyimpang dari ajaran Islam. Islam mengajarkan bahwa seorang Khalifah atau kepala negara harus dipilih oleh rakyat dan bertanggung jawab kepada rakyat. Dalam pelaksanaannya pembai'atan itu dapat diwakilkan kepada Ahlul-halli wal-Aqdi atau Syaikhul Islam (ulama besar). Walaupun pada hakikatnya Islam sangat menekankan pembai'atan itu dilakukan oleh rakyat secara langsung, tetapi dengan melalui Ahlul-hilli wal-Aqdi atau Syaikhul Islam dapat dihilangkan faham pewarisan dalam jabatan pemerintahan. Banyak terjadi salah pengertian dalam menilai pemerintahan Islam. Banyak yang menganggap bahwa hukum Islam itu tidak dilaksanakan sepenuhnya. Kesalahan pengertian tersebut dapat dihindari apabila diperhatikan hal-hal sebagai berikut ; Pertama ; Sejarah pelaksanaan hukum Islam banyak yang ditulis oleh orang-orang yang membenci Islam, atau oleh orang-orang munafik yang berpura-pura masuk Islam karena maksud-maksud tertentu. Pelaksanaan hukum Islam hendaknya dipelajari melalui tulisan-tulisan para sejarawan Muslim yang adil dan jujur, bukan sejarah yang ditulis oleh orang-orang yang senantiasa menitikberatkan pada pertentangan madzhab. Bahkan ada pula sebagian penulis yang tunduk pada keinginan para penguasa, sehingga cenderung mengadakan penilaian secara sepihak. Para penulis sejarah itu hanya melihat dari satu segi, sesuai dengan keinginan penguasa dalam usahanya menyalah gunakan kekuasaan. Kedua ; Penulisan sejarah sebetulnya tidak dibenarkan hanya bersandar pada perkiraan atau ucapan para pejabat. Demikian pula tidak dibenarkan orang hanya memberikan penilaian dari segi negatif saja dengan kesimpulan, bahwa semuanya negatif. Demikian halnya apa yang dilakukan oleh seorang penulis sejarah, dengan hanya membandingkan sejarah Bani Umayyah dengan Yazid bin Muawiyah dan Al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf. Kemudian menjatuhkan hukuman kepada Bani Abbas dengan berbagai macam tuduhan. Sebenarnya seorang penulis sejarah yang jujur tentulah akan menyoroti segenap persoalan itu dari berbagai segi, baik segi positif ataupun negatifnya, sehingga permasalahannya yang ditulis menjadi jelas. Ketiga ; Untuk dapat mengetahui keadaan dan kehidupan suatu masyarakat, seharusnya ditinjau dari bentuk yang diterapkan oleh penguasa terhadap rakyatnya, serta cara-cara pelaksanaannya. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut dapat ditempuh melalui dua jalan ; a.Mengetahui sumber pemberitaan hukum atau peraturan yang pernah berlaku. British Spy Agents (i.e., Lawrence of Arabia) were been sent into the Muslim lands (especially in Arabian Peninsula & Turkey) to put the seed of Arab Nationalism & Turkish Nationalism in the Hearts of the Muslims which caused the Boosting of National Pride and caused Disunity among the Muslims.
Khilafah was attacked INTERNALLY and then when the Brtish successfully corrupted the hearts of Muslims, Then Khilafah was attacked EXTERNALLY and they planned World War 1 & 2 so when the Ottoman Islamic Empire entered the 2nd world war, it was week and when it returned it was defeated. Thanks to the Muslims who adopted Nationalism which caused disunity, defeat and destruction of Khilafah!
NATIONALISM (PATRIOTISM) was the main root cause for the DISUNITY, DEFEAT & DESTRUCTION OF KHILAFAH (CALIPHATE).

Siapakah Suamimu di Surga? Oleh: Ust. Abu Muawiah. Saudariku muslimah, tahukah kamu siapa suamimu di surga kelak?(1) Artikel di bawah ini akan menjawab pertanyaan anti. Ini bukan ramalan dan bukan pula tebakan, tapi kepastian (atau minimal suatu prediksi yang insya Allah sangat akurat), yang bersumber dari wahyu dan komentar para ulama terhadapnya. Berikut uraiannya: Perlu diketahui bahwa keadaan wanita di dunia, tidak lepas dari enam keadaan: 1. Dia meninggal sebelum menikah. 2. Dia meninggal setelah ditalak suaminya dan dia belum sempat menikah lagi sampai meninggal. 3. Dia sudah menikah, hanya saja suaminya tidak masuk bersamanya ke dalam surga, wal'iyadzu billah. 4. Dia meninggal setelah menikah baik suaminya menikah lagi sepeninggalnya maupun tidak (yakni jika dia meninggal terlebih dahulu sebelum suaminya). 5. Suaminya meninggal terlebih dahulu, kemudian dia tidak menikah lagi sampai meninggal. 6. Suaminya meninggal terlebih dahulu, lalu dia menikah lagi setelahnya. Berikut penjelasan keadaan mereka masing-masing di dalam surga: ý Perlu diketahui bahwa keadaan laki-laki di dunia, juga sama dengan keadaan wanita di dunia: Di antara mereka ada yang meninggal sebelum menikah, di antara mereka ada yang mentalak istrinya kemudian meninggal dan belum sempat menikah lagi, dan di antara mereka ada yang istrinya tidak mengikutinya masuk ke dalam surga. Maka, wanita pada keadaan pertama, kedua, dan ketiga, Allah -'Azza wa Jalla- akan menikahkannya dengan laki-laki dari anak Adam yang juga masuk ke dalam surga tanpa mempunyai istri karena tiga keadaan tadi. Yakni laki-laki yang meninggal sebelum menikah, laki-laki yang berpisah dengan istrinya lalu meninggal sebelum menikah lagi, dan laki-laki yang masuk surga tapi istrinya tidak masuk surga. Ini berdasarkan keumuman sabda Nabi -Shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam- dalam hadits riwayat Muslim no. 2834 dari sahabat Abu Hurairah -radhiyallahu 'anhu-: مَا فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَعْزَبٌ "Tidak ada seorangpun bujangan dalam surga". Syaikh Ibnu 'Utsaimin -rahimahullah- berkata dalam Al-Fatawa jilid 2 no. 177, "Jawabannya terambil dari keumuman firman Allah -Ta'ala-: وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِي أَنْفُسُكُمْ وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَدَّعُونَ. نُزُلاً مِنْ غَفُوْرٍ رَحِيْمٍ "Di dalamnya kalian memperoleh apa yang kalian inginkan dan memperoleh (pula) di dalamnya apa yang kalian minta. Turun dari Yang Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang." (Fushshilat: 31) Dan juga dari firman Allah -Ta'ala-: وَفِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِيهِ الْأَنْفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ الْأَعْيُنُ وَأَنْتُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ "Dan di dalam surga itu terdapat segala apa yang diingini oleh hati dan sedap (dipandang) mata dan kalian kekal di dalamnya." (Az-Zukhruf: 71) Seorang wanita, jika dia termasuk ke dalam penghuni surga akan tetapi dia belum menikah (di dunia) atau suaminya tidak termasuk ke dalam penghuhi surga, ketika dia masuk ke dalam surga maka di sana ada laki-laki penghuni surga yang belum menikah (di dunia). Mereka -maksud saya adalah laki-laki yang belum menikah (di dunia)-, mereka mempunyai istri-istri dari kalangan bidadari dan mereka juga mempunyai istri-istri dari kalangan wanita dunia jika mereka mau. Demikian pula yang kita katakan perihal wanita jika mereka (masuk ke surga) dalam keadaan tidak bersuami atau dia sudah bersuami di dunia akan tetapi suaminya tidak masuk ke dalam surga. Dia (wanita tersebut), jika dia ingin menikah, maka pasti dia akan mendapatkan apa yang dia inginkan, berdasarkan keumuman ayat-ayat di atas". Dan beliau juga berkata pada no. 178, "Jika dia (wanita tersebut) belum menikah ketika di dunia, maka Allah -Ta'ala- akan menikahkannya dengan (laki-laki) yang dia senangi di surga. Maka, kenikmatan di surga, tidaklah terbatas kepada kaum lelaki, tapi bersifat umum untuk kaum lelaki dan wanita. Dan di antara kenikmatan-kenikmatan tersebut adalah pernikahan". ý Adapun wanita pada keadaan keempat dan kelima, maka dia akan menjadi istri dari suaminya di dunia. ý Adapun wanita yang menikah lagi setelah suaminya pertamanya meninggal, maka ada perbedaan pendapat di kalangan ulama. Sebagian ulama -seperti Syaikh Ibnu 'Ustaimin- berpendapat bahwa wanita tersebut akan dibiarkan memilih suami mana yang dia inginkan. Ini merupakan pendapat yang cukup kuat, seandainya tidak ada nash tegas dari Rasulullah -Shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam- yang menyatakan bahwa seorang wanita itu milik suaminya yang paling terakhir. Beliau -Shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam- bersabda: اَلْمَرْأَةُ لِآخِرِ أَزْوَاجِهَا "Wanita itu milik suaminya yang paling terakhir". (HR. Abu Asy-Syaikh dalam At-Tarikh hal. 270 dari sahabat Abu Darda` dan dishohihkan oleh Syaikh Al-Albany dalam Ash-Shohihah: 3/275/1281) Dan juga berdasarkan ucapan Hudzaifah -radhiyallahu 'anhu- kepada istri beliau: إِنْ شِئْتِ أَنْ تَكُوْنِي زَوْجَتِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَلاَ تُزَوِّجِي بَعْدِي. فَإِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ لِآخِرِ أَزْوَاجِهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا. فَلِذَلِكَ حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ أَنْ يَنْكِحْنَ بَعْدَهُ لِأَنَّهُنَّ أَزْوَاجُهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ "Jika kamu mau menjadi istriku di surga, maka janganlah kamu menikah lagi sepeninggalku, karena wanita di surga milik suaminya yang paling terakhir di dunia. Karenanya, Allah mengharamkan para istri Nabi untuk menikah lagi sepeninggal beliau karena mereka adalah istri-istri beliau di surga". (HR. Al-Baihaqi: 7/69/13199 ) Faidah: Dalam sholat jenazah, kita mendo'akan kepada mayit wanita: وَأَبْدِلْهَا زَوْجًا خَيْرًا مِنْ زَوْجِهَا "Dan gantilah untuknya suami yang lebih baik dari suaminya (di dunia)". Masalahnya, bagaimana jika wanita tersebut meninggal dalam keadaan belum menikah. Atau kalau dia telah menikah, maka bagaimana mungkin kita mendo'akannya untuk digantikan suami sementara suaminya di dunia, itu juga yang akan menjadi suaminya di surga? Jawabannya adalah sebagaimana yang dikatakan oleh Syaikh Ibnu 'Utsaimin -rahimahullah-. Beliau menyatakan, "Kalau wanita itu belum menikah, maka yang diinginkan adalah (suami) yang lebih baik daripada suami yang ditakdirkan untuknya seandainya dia hidup (dan menikah). Adapun kalau wanita tersebut sudah menikah, maka yang diinginkan dengan "suami yang lebih baik dari suaminya" adalah lebih baik dalam hal sifat-sifatnya di dunia (2). Hal ini karena penggantian sesuatu kadang berupa pergantian dzat, sebagaimana misalnya saya menukar kambing dengan keledai. Dan terkadang berupa pergantian sifat-sifat, sebagaimana kalau misalnya saya mengatakan, "Semoga Allah mengganti kekafiran orang ini dengan keimanan", dan sebagaimana dalam firman Allah -Ta'ala-: يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ الْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ الْأَرْضِ وَالسَّمَوَاتُ "(Yaitu) pada hari (ketika) bumi diganti dengan bumi yang lain dan (demikian pula) langit." (Ibrahim: 48) Bumi (yang kedua) itu juga bumi (yang pertama) akan tetapi yang sudah diratakan, demikian pula langit (yang kedua) itu juga langit (yang pertama) akan tetapi langit yang sudah pecah". Jawaban beliau dinukil dari risalah Ahwalun Nisa` fil Jannah karya Sulaiman bin Sholih Al-Khurosy. ___________ (1) Karenanya sebelum berpikir masalah ini, pikirkan dulu bagaimana caranya masuk surga. Pelajaran Ali bin Abi Thalib Kepada 3 Pendeta Yahudi Dikala Umar bin Khattab memangku jabatan sebagai Amirul Mukminin, pernah datang kepadanya beberapa orang pendeta Yahudi. Mereka berkata kepada Khalifah, "Hai Khalifah Umar, Anda adalah pemegang kekuasaan sesudah Muhammad dan sahabatnya, Abu Bakar. Kami hendak menanyakan beberapa masalah penting kepada Anda. Jika Anda dapat memberi jawaban kepada kami, barulah kami mau mengerti bahwa Islam merupakan agama yang benar dan Muhammad benar-benar seorang Nabi. Sebaliknya, jika anda tidak dapat memberi jawaban, berarti bahwa agama Islam itu bathil dan Muhammad bukan seorang Nabi." "Silahkan bertanya tentang apa saja yang kalian inginkan," sahut Khalifah Umar. Jelaskan kepada kami tentang induk kunci (gembok) mengancing langit, apakah itu?" Tanya pendeta-pendeta itu, memulai pertanyaan-pertanyaannya."Terangkan kepada kami tentang adanya sebuah kuburan yang berjalan bersama penghuninya, apakah itu? Tunjukkan kepada kami tentang suatu makhluk yang dapat memberi peringatan kepada bangsanya, tetapi ia bukan manusia dan bukan jin! Terangkan kepada kami tentang lima jenis makhluk yang dapat berjalan di permukaan bumi, tetapi makhluk-makhluk itu tidak dilahirkan dari kandungan ibu atau induknya! Beritahukan kepada kami apa yang dikatakan oleh burung puyuh (gemak) disaat ia sedang berkicau! Apakah yang dikatakan oleh ayam jantan dikala ia sedang berkokok! Apakah yang dikatakan oleh kuda disaat ia sedang meringkik? Apakah yang dikatakan oleh katak di waktu ia sedang bersuara? Apakah yang dikatakan oleh keledai disaat ia sedang meringkik? Apakah yang dikatakan oleh burung pipit pada waktu ia sedang berkicau?" Khalifah Umar menundukkan kepala untuk berpikir sejenak, kemudian berkata,"Bagi Umar, jika ia menjawab 'tidak tahu' atas pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang memang tidak diketahui jawabannya, itu bukan suatu hal yang memalukan!" Mendengar jawaban Khalifah Umar seperti itu, pendeta-pendeta Yahudi yang bertanya berdiri melonjak-lonjak kegirangan, sambil berkata, "Sekarang kami bersaksi bahwa Muhammad memang bukan seorang Nabi, dan agama Islam itu adalah bathil!" Salman Al-Farisi yang saat itu hadir, segera bangkit dan berkata kepada pendeta-pendeta Yahudi itu: "Kalian tunggu sebentar!" Ia cepat-cepat pergi ke rumah Ali bin Abi Thalib. Setelah bertemu, Salman berkata: "Ya Abal Hasan, selamatkanlah agama Islam!" Ali bingung, lalu bertanya: "Mengapa?" Salman kemudian menceritakan apa yang sedang dihadapi oleh Khalifah Umar bin Khattab. Imam Ali segera saja berangkat menuju ke rumah Khalifah Umar, berjalan lenggang memakai burdah (selembar kain penutup punggung atau leher) peninggalan Rasulullah SAW. Ketika Umar melihat Ali bin Abi Thalib datang, ia bangun dari tempat duduk lalu buru-buru memeluknya, sambil berkata: "Ya Abal Hasan, tiap ada kesulitan besar, engkau selalu kupanggil!" Setelah berhadap-hadapan dengan para pendeta yang sedang menunggu-nunggu jawaban itu, Ali bin Abi Thalib berkata, "Silahkan kalian bertanya tentang apa saja yang kalian inginkan. Rasulullah SAW sudah mengajarku seribu macam ilmu, dan tiap jenis dari ilmu-ilmu itu mempunyai seribu macam cabang ilmu!" Pendeta-pendeta Yahudi itu lalu mengulangi pertanyaan-pertanyaan mereka. Sebelum menjawab, Ali bin Abi Thalib berkata, "Aku ingin mengajukan suatu syarat kepada kalian, yaitu jika ternyata aku nanti sudah menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan kalian sesuai dengan yang ada di dalam Taurat, kalian supaya bersedia memeluk agama kami dan beriman!" "Ya baik!" jawab mereka. "Sekarang tanyakanlah satu demi satu," kata Ali. Mereka mulai bertanya, "Apakah induk kunci (gembok) yang mengancing pintu-pintu langit?" "Induk kunci itu," jawab Ali bin Abi Thalib, "ialah syirik kepada Allah. Sebab semua hamba Allah, baik laki-laki ataupun wanita, jika ia bersyirik kepada Allah, amalnya tidak akan dapat naik sampai kehadirat Allah!" Para pendeta Yahudi bertanya lagi, "Anak kunci apakah yang dapat membuka pintu-pintu langit?" Ali menjawab, "Anak kunci itu ialah kesaksian (syahadat) bahwa tiada tuhan selain Allah dan Muhammad adalah Rasulullah!" Para pendeta Yahudi itu saling pandang di antara mereka, sambil berkata, "Orang itu benar juga!" Mereka bertanya lebih lanjut, "Terangkanlah kepada kami tentang adanya sebuah kuburan yang dapat berjalan bersama penghuninya!" "Kuburan itu ialah ikan hiu (hut) yang menelan Nabi Yunus putera Matta," jawab Ali. "Nabi Yunus AS dibawa keliling ketujuh samudera!" Pendeta-pendeta itu meneruskan pertanyaannya lagi, "Jelaskan kepada kami tentang makhluk yang dapat memberi peringatan kepada bangsanya, tetapi makhluk itu bukan manusia dan bukan jin!" Ali lalu menjawab, "Makhluk itu ialah semut Nabi Sulaiman AS putera Nabi Dawud AS, Semut itu berkata kepada kaumnya, 'Hai para semut, masuklah ke dalam tempat kediaman kalian, agar tidak diinjak-injak oleh Sulaiman dan pasukan-nya dalam keadaan mereka tidak sadar!" Para pendeta Yahudi itu meneruskan pertanyaannya,"Beritahukan kepada kami tentang lima jenis makhluk yang berjalan diatas permukaan bumi, tetapi tidak satu pun diantara makhluk-makhluk itu yang dilahirkan dari kandungan ibunya atau induknya!" Ali menjawab,"Lima makhluk itu ialah, pertama, Adam. Kedua, Hawa. Ketiga, Unta Nabi Shaleh. Keempat, Domba Nabi Ibrahim. Kelima, Tongkat Nabi Musa (yang menjelma menjadi seekor ular)." Setelah mendengar jawaban-jawaban serta penjelasan yang diberikan oleh Ali ra, dua di antara tiga orang pendeta Yahudi itu lalu mengatakan,"Kami bersaksi bahwa tiada tuhan selain Allah dan Muhammad adalah Rasulullah!" دنیا آزمائش اور فتنوں کا گھر ہے
الحمد للہ
دنیا دارالعمل اور آخرت دار جزا ہے، تو مومنوں کو بدلہ جنت اور کافروں کو جہنم کی صورت میں ملے گا۔
تو جب جنت طیب اور اچھی چیز ہے تو اس میں داخل بھی وہی ہوگا جو کہ اچھا اور طیب ہوگا اور پھر اللہ تعالی طیب اور پاک صاف ہے تو وہ قبول بھی طیب اور پاک صاف چیز ہی کرتا ہے اسی لئے اللہ تعالی کا اپنے بندوں میں یہ طریقہ رائج ہے کہ وہ اپنے بندوں کو آزمانے کےلئے مصائب اور فتنہ میں ڈالتا ہے تاکہ یہ پتہ چل سکے کہ مومن کون اور کافر کون ہے اور جھوٹے اور سچے کے درمیان تمیز ہوسکے جیسے کہ اللہ تعالی کا فرمان ہے:
"کیا لوگوں نے یہ گمان کررکھا ہے کہ ان کے صرف اس دعوے پر کہ ہم ایمان لائے ہیں ہم انہیں بغیر آزمائے ہوئے ہی چھوڑ دینگے؟ ان سے پہلوں کو بھی ہم نے خوب آزمایا تھا یقینا اللہ تعالی انہیں بھی جان لے گا جو سچ کہتے ہیں اور انہیں بھی جو معلوم کرلے گا جو کہ جھوٹے ہیں" العنکبوت1-2
تو کامیابی اور نجات اس وقت تک مکمل نہیں ہوگی جب تک کہ امتحان نہ ہوجائے اور طیب خبیث سے علیحدہ نہ ہوجائے اور مومن اور کافر کا پتہ نہ چل جائے جیسا کہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کا فرمان ہے:
"جس حال پر تم ہو اسی پر اللہ تعالی ایمان والوں کہ نہ چھوڑدے گا جب تک کہ پاک اور ناپاک کو الگ نہ کردے اور نہ ہی اللہ تعالی ایسا ہے کہ تمہیں غیب سے آگاہ کردے گا"آل عمران 179
وہ آزمائش جس سے اللہ تعالی اپنے بندوں کو مبتلا کرتا ہے تاکہ مومن اور کافر کے درمیان تمیز ہوسکے اس کا ذکر اس فرمان میں کیا ہے:
"اور ہم کسی نہ کسی طرح تمہاری آزمائش ضرور کرینگے دشمن کے ڈر سے، بھوک پیاس سے، مال وجان اور پھلوں کی کمی سے، اور ان پر صبر کرنے والوں کو خوشخبری دے دیجئے جنہیں کوئی مصیبت آتی ہے تو کہہ دیا کرتے ہیں کہ ہم تر خود اللہ تعالی کی ملکیت ہیں اور اسی کی طرف لوٹنے والے ہیں، ان پر ان کے رب کی رحمتیں اور نوازشیں ہیں اور یہی لوگ ہدایت یافتہ ہیں،" البقرۃ 155-157
تو اللہ تعالی بندوں کو آزمائش میں مبتلا کرتا اور صبر کرنے والوں سے محبت کرتا اور انہیں جنت کی خوشخبری دے رہا ہے۔
اور ایسے ہی اللہ تعالی اپنے بندوں کو جہاد کے ساتھ بھی آزماتا ہے فرمان باری تعالی ہے:
"کیا تم یہ سمجھ بیٹھے ہو کہ تم جنت میں چلے جاؤ گے حالانکہ ابھی تک اللہ تعالی نے یہ ظاہر نہیں کیا کہ تم میں سے جہاد کرنے والے کون ہیں اور صبر کرنے والے کون ہیں؟" آل عمرآن142
اور اسی طرح مال واولاد بھی فتنہ ہیں جس میں اللہ تعالی اپنے بندوں کو مبتلا کرتا ہے تاکہ یہ معلوم کرلے کہ کون شکر کرتا اور کون ناشکری کرتے ہوئے ان میں مشغول رہتا ہے فرمان ربانی ہے:
"اور تم اس بات کو جان لو کہ تمہارے مال اور تمہاری اولادیں ایک امتحان کی چیز ہیں اور اس بات کو بھی جان لو کہ اللہ تعالی کے ہاں بہت بڑا اجر ہے" الانفال/28
اللہ تعالی بعض اوقات مصائب اور بعض اوقات نعمتوں کے ساتھ آزمائش میں ڈالتا ہے تا کہ یہ پتہ چل سکے کہ کون شکر گزار اور کون ناشکرا اور کون اطاعت گزار اور کون نافرمان ہے تو پھر انہیں قیامت کے روز بدلہ دے گا –
فرمان ربانی ہے :
" ہم آزمائش کے لۓ ہر ایک کو برائی اور بھلائی میں مبتلا کرتے ہیں اور تم سب ہماری طرف لوٹاۓ جاؤ گے " الانبیاء / 35
اور پھر یہ آزمائش بھی ایمان کے اعتبار سے ہوتی ہے تو لوگوں میں سب سے زیادہ سخت آزمائش انبیاء کی پھر اسے کم درجے کی پھر اس سے کم والے کی ۔
نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ارشاد ہے :
" مجھے اتنا تیز بخار ہوتا ہے جتنا کہ دو آدمیوں کو ہوتا ہے " صحیح بخاری حدیث نمبر 5648
اللہ تعالی اپنے کو کئ قسم کی آزمائش میں ڈالتا ہے ۔
بعض اوقات تو انہیں مصائب وآلام اور فتنے میں ڈال کر امتحان لیتا ہے تا کہ مومن اور کافر اور اطاعت گزار اور نافرمان اور شکر گزار اور ناشکرے کا پتہ چل سکے ۔
اور بعض اوقات جب اس کے بندے نافرمانی کرتے ہیں تو وہ اپنے بندوں کو مصائب میں مبتلا کر کے انہیں سکھاتا ہے تا کہ وہ اس نافرمانی سے باز آ جائیں ۔
جیسا کہ فرمان باری تعالی ہے :
" تمہیں جو کچھ بھی مصیبتیں آتی ہیں وہ تمہارے اپنے ہاتھوں کے کرتوت کا بدلہ ہے اور وہ تو سب باتوں سے تو درگزر فرما دیتا ہے " الشوری / 30
اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی کا فرمان ہے :
" اور ہم نے انہیں عذاب میں بھی پکڑا تاہم یہ لوگ نہ اپنے رب کے سامنے جھکے اور نہ ہی انہوں نے عاجزی اختیار کی " المومن / 76
اللہ تعالی اپنے بندوں پر بہت زیادہ رحیم ہے اور امت پر بار بار آزمائش لاتا ہے تا کہ وہ واپس لوٹ آۓ اور گناہوں سے توبہ کر کے اللہ تعالی کی حرام کردہ چیزوں کو ترک کر دے تا کہ اللہ تعالی انہیں بخش دے ۔
ارشاد باری تعالی ہے :
" اور کیا ان کو یہ دکھائی نہیں دیتا کہ یہ لوگ ہر سال ایک یا دو بار کسی نہ کسی آفت میں پھنسے رہتے ہیں پھر بھی نہ توبہ کرتے اور نہ ہی نصیحت قبول کرتے ہیں " التوبہ / 126
اور اللہ تعالی کی رحمت ہے کہ وہ گناہوں کی سزا دنیا میں ہی دیتا ہے کہ ہو سکتا ہے کہ لوگ تزکیہ نفس کر لیں اور موت سے پہلے پہلے اللہ کی طرف رجوع کر لیں –
" اور یقینا ہم انہیں قریب کے اور چھوٹے عذاب کے علاوہ چکھائیں گے تا کہ وہ لوٹ آئیں " سجدہ / 21
اور بعض اوقات اللہ تعالی اپنے بندوں کو مصائب میں اس لۓ مبتلا کرتا ہے کہ ان کے درجات بلند کرے اور ان کی برائیاں ختم کرے، جیسا کہ فرمان نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہے :
( کسی بھی مسلمان کو کوئی تکلیف اور بیماری غم اور پریشانی وافسوس حتی کہ اگر کوئی کانٹا بھی چبھتا ہے تو اس کی بناء پر اللہ تعالی اس کے گناہ معاف کر دیتا ہے ) صحیح بخاری حدیث نمبر 5641 صحیح مسلم .
