کوئی بھی بندہ اپنی بیوی کو مارپیٹ کا نشانہ نہیں بناسکتا اگروہ ایسا کرے گا تو اسے جیل یا جرمانے کا سامنا کرنا پڑسکتا ہے
کوئی بھی شوہر اپنی بیوی کوباہرکام کرنے سے نہیں روک سکتا ، اس کو پارٹی یا غیر ضروری لوگوں سے ملنے سے منع نہیں کرسکتا یہ بنیادی حقوق کی پائمالی ہوگی
کوئی بھی شوہر اپنی بیوی کو زبردستی ازدواجی تعلقات کے لیے مجبور نہیں کرسکتا
کوئی بھی شوہراپنی بیوی کو گھر کے اندر ہی رہنے کی ہدایت جاری نہیں کرسکتا
طلاق دینے کی صورت میں بیوی کو جائیداد میں سے پچاس فیصد حصہ دینا ہوگا
طلاق دینے کی صورت میں تقریبا ساری زندگی کے لیے اسے عدالت کی طرف سے طے کردہ ماہانہ خرچہ دینا ہوگا!
طلاق دینے کی صورت میں عدالت و وکلاء کا سارا خرچہ خاوند کو برداشت کرنا ہوگا !
شادی ہوتے ہی بیوی آپ کے جائیداد کے آدھے حصے کی مالک ہے !
بیوی کی کوئی بھی جائیداد ہو جو کے اسے وارثت میں ملی ہو ،یا اس نے کمائی ہو ، یا اس کے والدین نے دی ہو اس پر خاوند کا کسی بھی طرح کاکوئی حق نہیں ہے !!
کتنے اچھے قانون لگتے ہیں! زبردست کیسے اچھے قوانین بنائے ہیں اس مظلوم طبقے کی مدد کے لیے ! بہت سی عورتیں تو یہ قانون سنتے یہ امریکہ کی محبت میں گرفتار ہوجاتی ہوں گئیں !! ظالم مردوں پر اتنی پابندیاں واللہ یورپ ہی ایسے قوانین بنا سکتا ہے !! لو جی ان قوانین کا فائدہ جان لو
یورپ سے ستر فیصد مرد ان قوانین کی وجہ سے شادی کرنے پر راضی ہی نہیں ہیں !!
یورپ کے اندر ناجائز بچوں کی تعداد 40 فیصد سے بھی اوپر بڑھ چکی ہے ۔ ان میں وہ بچے شامل نہیں ہیں جن کو سنگل پیرینت جیسی سہولت حاصل ہے !!
یورپ کے نوجوان لڑکے شادی شدہ زندگی کے اخراجات سے ڈرتے ہوئے شادی پر گرل فرینڈ کے رشتے کو ترجیح دے رہے ہیں کیونکہ وہ جب چاہیں بغیر کسی قانونی پیچدگی کے اپنے پارٹنر کو چھوڑ سکتے ہیں !!
یورپ کے ساٹھ فیصد مردوں کو یہ یقین ہے کہ اگر وہ شادی کریں گئیں تو ساری زندگی ایک عورت کے ساتھ نہ گزار سکیں گئیں نتیجتہ انہیں طلاق کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا اور بہت زیادہ اخراجات کا!!
یورپ کے مردوں کی ایک کثیر تعداد اپنی بیویوں یا گرل فرینڈز کے کردار پر یقین کرنے کو تیار نہیں ہیں جس کی وجہ سے ہو شادی سے بھاگتے ہیں !!!
کبھی سنا تھا کہ جہاں سے ایک سنت ہٹائی جاتی ہے وہاں پر بدعت آتی ہے اور جہاں پورا دین ہی ہٹا دیا جائے بے شک وہاں ایسا ہونا کوئی باعث تعجب نہیں ہے ۔ تعجب ہے تو یہ کہ یہ سیکولر و لبرل لوگ انہیں قوانین کی دہائی دے رہے ہیں جنہوں نے آدھے سے زیادہ یورپ حرامی بنا دیا ہے اور وہاں کی عورت کو ایک شادی شدہ زندگی سے ایک طوائف والی زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور کردیا ہے

Voici la propagande de ces méprisables Talafis, qu'Allâh les enlaidisse, qui n'ont plus de moyens de réfuter avec preuves leurs opposants, alors ils utilisent des attaques lâches afin d'accuser les musulmans qui sont sortis de leurs maisons pour préserver le sang des musulmans contre l'agression des Chiites et n'importe quels ennemis d'Allâh, d'être de connivence avec les Chiites impurs adorateurs de tout et n'importe quoi. Avant de réfuter ça point par point avec l'aide d'Allâh je vous demande de regarde en premier lieu la bouse, et celui qui a un minimum de connaissance sur la méthodologie d'al-Qâ'ida sait que le groupe combat les Chiites!
- al-Qâ'ida n'a jamais fait d'attentat en Iran?
Pour celui qui suit l'actualité des Mujâhidîn, sait que dans la région du Balouchistan (parti Sud-Est de l'Iran et partie Sud-Ouest du Pakistan), al-Qâ'ïda ainsi que les Talibans ont commis beaucoup d'attentats et d'assassinats de Chiite dans la région du Balouchistan côté Iran. Il suffit de regarder les vidéos des Mujâhidîn publié par la Fondation Médiatique Jundullâh Studio, ou bien de rechercher dans les actualités. Il y a aussi un groupe nommé Harakat Ansar Furqan (Anciennement Harakat Ansar Iran) qui est installé en Iran dans la région du Balouchistan qui combat les Chiites impurs et qui suit la même méthodologie d'al-Qâ'ida.

- al-Qâ'ïda n'a jamais déclaré la guerre à l'Iran?
De nombreuses vidéos ont été publié par les Emirs d'al-Qâ'ïda pour dévoiler leurs polythéisme extrême, leurs combat contre Ahl Sunna et al-Qâ'ïda leur a déclaré la guerre. Et maintenant en Syrie al-Qâ'ïda combat le Hizbu Lât Iranien (la branche armée de l'Iran) et le Hizbu Lât Libanais.

Alors où est l'alliance avec l'Iran alors qu'il les combat jour et nuit?
- al-Qâ'ïda n'a jamais soutenu Ahl Sunna à Dammaj contre les Houthiyin Rawafid?
Quel mensonge! Il y a environ plus de 2 ans, Ansar ash-Shar'îa (AQPA) a combattu les Houthiyin et ont même tué le chef des Houthi: Badr Dine al-Houthi, et ont même réalisé des opérations Martyres, et où étaient les Talafi à ce moment?
Voici une vidéo seulement en Arabe publié par la Fondation Médiatique al-Malâhim qui montre un premier frère, qu'Allâh l'accepte, qui a réalisé l'opération Martyre sur un convoi de Houthiyin ce qui a conduit à la mort du chef des Houthi impur: Badr Dine al-Houthi ainsi qu'environ 37 autres Houthiyin, et un deuxième frère, qu'Allâh l'accepte, un Hafidh al-Qur²ân, qui a réalisé l'opération Martyre sur la Janâza de Badr Dine al-Houthi, ce qui a conduit à la mort de 142 Houthiyin et la blessure d'une centaine autres:

Et maintenant aujourdh'ui à Dammaj, AQPA soutient encore une fois Ahl Sunna en attaquant les Houthiyin malgré les insultes de ces Talafis et leur inactivité, quelle arrogance et quel hypocrisie!

Selon l'intervieweur, Abu Ghaith (beau fils du Shaykh Ussâma) est en Iran donc il travaille forcément pour les Chiites (Abu Ghaith est maintenant en prison suite à son arrestation en Turquie avec un faux passeport et il a été remis à la CIA). Quel ambiguïté vraiment nulle! Ensuite il affirme sans preuve que la majorité des Chefs d'al-Qaïda se trouvent en Iran, qu'il apporte sa preuve!
Nassir dit bien qu'il est possible de combattre en coordination avec l'Iran contre un ennemi commun et il dit bien qu'il ne travaille pas avec l'Iran mais qu'une coordination est possible. Mais ce n'est qu'une théorie, et de plus dans l'Islâm, on peut s'aider des mécréants CONTRE LES MECREANTS, seulement sous conditions, comme le fait que ça soit les musulmans qu'il les commande. Et subhanAllâh, combien de fois on a vu la traîtrise d'al-Saloul, s'alliait avec les mécréants CONTRE LES MUSULMANS? Lui qui fait des photos souvenir avec des Juifs, des Chiites, des Apostats, toutes sortes de mécréants. - Muhammad al-'Awfi, anciennement un parmi les Emirs d'AQPA
Muhammad al-'Awfi était à l'époque un frère du Minhaj, un Mujâhid fisabilillâh, qui a été emprisonné et une fois sorti a retourné sa veste pour devenir un des pions d'al-Saloul dans la propagande menée contre les Mujâhidîn. Son témoignage ne tiens pas compte surtout qu'il dit qu'il a rencontré des Houthiyin qui lui ont éclairci la réalité d'AQPA, subhanAllâh depuis quand on croit l'ennemi? Déjà pour un pervers Allâh nous dit de faire attention, que dire d'un Majuss?
Le Shaykh 'Abd Allâh 'Azzâm, qu'Allâh lui fasse miséricorde, a dit dans un de ses livres que l'administration Américaine, à un moment, a proposé aux Mujâhidîn 5 millions de dollars de médicaments, dans un moment où les pieds des Mujâhidîn se faisaient couper avec la tronçonneuse, alors qu'ils étaient vraiment dans le besoin de la moindre aide financière ou médicale. Est-ce que cela veut dire que les Mujâhidîn avaient des liens avec les Américains? Est-ce que le fait que les Houthiyin proposent une coordination, veut dire qu'il existe une coordination? La preuve évidente est que Badr ad-Dine al-Houthî lui même, a révélé un communiqué qui nie les liens avec l'organisation al-Qâ'ida, de près ou de loin!

Un homme qui a aussi retourné sa veste, qui était en désaccord avec le 11/09, et qui maintenant passe sur les chaînes de télé en mentant sur les Mujâhidîn comme ici en affirmant que des Mujâhidîn serait arrivés en Iran avec l'accueil du gouvernement Iranien, alors que la réalité est tout autre. Chaque jour, des musulmans de Ahl Sunna se font emprisonnés, torturés, exécutés, pendus. Il y a eu des Mujâhidîn qui se sont réfugiés en Iran avec leurs familles, mais la majorité dans la région du Balouchistan, où la majorité des personnes font partie d'Ahl Sunna. Mais malheureusement certains se sont fait emprisonnés et la preuve de cela est la parole d'un des commandants d'al-Qâ'ida Abû Yazîd, qui affirme que l'Iran est un gouvernement hypocrite et mécréant et que des frères se sont fait arrêté.

Le journaliste affirme ensuite que l'Iran a accueilli Abû Mus'ab az-Zarqâwî selon des rapports des services secrets Américains. SubhanAllâh, un peu de réflexion et vous verrez que cela est absurde, Abû Mus'ab, qu'on appelle l'égorgeur de Majuss, comment pourrait-il être accueilli par les Chiites alors qu'il les a massacré en Iraq?

Sayyid Imâm al-Sharîf est un exagérateur dans le Takfir, qui n'a pas hésité à donner une Fatwa en direct de la chaîne Juive al-'Arabiya, rendant mécréant tous ceux qui voté pour Muhammad Morsi même si leur nombre serait égale aux habitants de l'Inde, Vous rendez-vous compte de l'égarement? Ajouté à celà, les mêmes mensonges de ces anciens membres d'al-Qâ'ida qui sont heureux de passer à la télé et lacher des accusations sans aucune preuves. Quelle est la preuve que les Mujâhidîn ont arrêté de combattre les Chiites après le 11/09? Même aujourd'hui ils se font massacrer en Iraq, tous les jours des attentats contre eux. Et on peut réutilisez les preuves que j'ai mis plus haut, les attaques contre les ambassades. En Syrie, le Hizbu Lât se fait massacrer, au point où le parti a besoin de passer des analyses ADN sur les corps de leurs soldats morts afin de les identifier, tellement les Mujâhidîn les éclatent. Et les Nussayriyin de Bashâr? Qui sont ceux qui les combattent? Les Mujâhidîn, al-Qâ'ida et autres. Où sont leurs preuves de ces fous? Bizarre qu'avant, ces membres faisait partie d'al-Qâ'ida et aucune personne disait qu'elle combat avec les Chiites main dans la main, et maintenant qu'ils ne sont plus de l'organisation, c'est eux les premiers à avoir propager ce mensonge, et sans aucune preuves, qu'Allâh les enlaidisse! Ce n'est pas leur roi phacochère al-Saloul, qui invite les Chiites sur la terre sainte? Leur laissant marcher autour de la Ka'ba?

"Et ce qui impressionne le plus, c'est qu'ils accusent les Mujâhidîn d'être allié à l'Iran, alors faites attention ô gens de la Sunnah, regardez et jugez par vous-même qui est l'allié de l'Iran, et qui combattent les Iraniens et leurs alliés, de celui qui va chez eux et se jette dans les bras des Rawâfid? Mahmûd al-Mashhadânî n'est-il pas parti chez eux? Et Târiq al Hâshimî? et Ahmed 'Abd al-Ghafûr al-Sâmarâ²i? Hamîd al-Hâyiss n'est-il pas parti chez eux avec un groupe de sa pourriture et pourtant ils ne représentent aucun parti officiel? Et Iyâd al-Sâmarâ²î n'est-il pas parti chez eux aussi? Et Ussâma al-Najîfî le plus grand des traitres celui qui est parti dernièrement aux USA avec l'excuse de récupérer l'argent qui a était volé en Iraq de la banque IDF,de la valeur de 17 milliard de Dollars, c'est la chose qui a était dévoilé alors ce qui n'a pas était dévoilé est beaucoup plus pire, mais ce traître al-Najîfî au lieu qu'il réclame l'argent du pauvre peuple Iraqien, il a signé l'accord de la prise en charge de ces maîtres Américains avec une somme de 400 millions de dollars, alors que tout cela était annoncé pendant la visite, mais la réalité de cette visite c'était plutôt la rencontre avec les dirigeants de la maison "noire" y compris l'extrémiste Juif, le sénateur John McCain, pour chercher une couverture politique légale pour que les Croisés restent en Iraq."
Tous les noms cités sont des apostats du gouvernement fantoche Iraqien qui se prétendent de la Sunna, qui ont trahi les musulmans et se sont alliés avec les Américains et les Rawafid afin de combattre le sois-disant terrorisme. Et beaucoup de vidéos de l'Etat Islamique publié par la Fondation Médiatique ont été réalisé et publié justement pour dévoiler ces traîtrises.
- Je ne parlerais pas du Chiite qui ouvre sa bouche puante, car je ne prends pas les paroles des impurs comme preuves, surtout ce genre d'impurs qui se douche avec du caca.
- Concernant les "crimes" contre Ahl Sunna:
On voit une personne qui montre une grande avec l'emblème du gouvernement Chiite et dit qu'elle appartient à al-Qâ'ida. SubhanAllâh quelle manipulation, les Mujâhidîn sont sortis de chez eux pour préserver le sang des musulmans, et celui qui écoutent les communiqués de l'Etat Islamique, sait que les Mujâhidîn ne touchent pas aux musulmans, mais attaquent seulement les apostats et Chiites et ce qui reste des mécréants d'origine. Aujourd'hui, les dirigeants politiques ont rejeté les bases fondamentales de la gouvernance par l'islam. Nous voulons être gouvernés par l'islam !" Nachdem ich im Fernsehen wieder einmal mit einem Beitrag konfrontiert wurde, den ich als hetzerische Propaganda empfunden habe, möchte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen, an dieser Stelle ein paar Dinge und Begriffe richtig zu stellen.
Es wird beispielsweise das Wort JIHAD in der westlichen Welt meistens missverstanden oder gar bewusst falsch dargestellt. Viele verbinden es mit „Heiligem Krieg". Dies ist jedoch eine falsche Interpretation dieses Wortes. Wörtlich übersetzt bedeutet „Jihad" „heiliger Krieg", jedoch in einem anderen Sinne. Der Jihad beinhaltet, den Islam mit MORAL und FRIEDEN zu präsentieren. Ein weiterer Aspekt des Jihads ist das Gebot, sich auf dem Weg Gottes anzustrengen. Der Islam wird aber leider auch an dieser Stelle von vielen falsch interpretiert. So bedeutet Jihad den Kampf gegen das eigene Ich, gegen das Ego. Ich möchte dies an einem Beispiel verdeutlichen:
Ein tolles Auto, ein BMW ohne jegliche Mängel, wird an einen Autofahrer verkauft. Dieser jedoch gibt nicht richtig Acht und hat einen Unfall. Nun ist die Frage, wessen Fehler das ist. Der Fehler des Autos oder der des Fahrers? …natürlich der des Autofahrers, denn das Auto war ja perfekt, ohne jegliche Fehler. So ist es im Islam. Der Koran wurde als vollkommenes Buch gesandt. Leider wird es jedoch von vielen Menschen falsch angenommen.
Im Islam gilt der Selbstmord und mit ihm das Selbstmordattentat als die größte Sünde, die man begehen kann. Es ist so, als habe man die gesamte Menschheit getötet.
Es gab zu Lebzeiten unseres geliebten Propheten, sallallahu alayhi wa salam, weder in seiner Aussagen noch im Qur'an eine Aussage wie "Heiliger Krieg"! Ein Krieg kann niemals heilig sein, es sterben Menschen... "Heilige Kriege" sind Wörter die im Christentum verwendet wurden um u.a. die Kreuzzüge zu legitimieren.
Zudem bedeutet Jihad, dass man in den Krieg zieht, um den Wohlgefallen für die Botschaft Allahs zu erlangen oder um sich zu verteidigen. Es gab zu Lebezeiten unseres Propheten sallallahu alayhi wa salam nur Gentlemen-Kriege beziehungsweise Verteidigungs-Kriege. Hier kämpfte Soldat gegen Soldat. Frauen und Kinder waren nicht beteiligt, religiöse Institutionen wurden nicht angegriffen, es durften nicht einmal fruchtgebende Bäume an Ort und Stelle vorhanden sein!
Nun zum Punkt „Wie lebe ich als Muslim?" Bin ich wirklich eingeschränkt? Ist das Leben eher mittelalterlich? - Ich genieße das Leben, sehe die Schönheit, weil ich den Schöpfer liebe. Ich versuche, das Schöne sogar in dem Schlechten zu sehen, was eine Kunst ist. Was bedeutet es, ein Leben in vollen Zügen zu leben? Sich zu besaufen und in der eigenen Kotze aufzuwachen? Mit allem und jedem zu "vögeln", um nicht als "Mauerblümchen" abgestempelt zu werden? ...
NEIN! In vollen Zügen bedeutet für mich, eine Pflanze zu betrachten, ohne sie von ihrem Platz zu entfernen und zu sagen: "Wie schön bist du, wie schön muss denn das sein, was dich erschaffen hat? Dankbar auch für Krankheiten zu sein, weil man durch diese erst den Wert der Gesundheit zu erkennen vermag. Alles eine Sache der Definition ... Ich bete, damit helfe ich meinem Körper und meiner Seele. Ich faste, helfe meinem Körper und empfinde nach, wie es Menschen geht, die NICHTS haben. Ich gebe meine Pflichtabgabe an Menschen, die bedürftig sind und teile das Wenige, das ich habe...
Viele unserer Frauen bedecken sich wie eine Nonne, um zu symbolisieren, dass man nicht alles mit ihnen machen kann. Bin ich jetzt wegen all diesen Sachen ein schlechter Mensch? Lebe ich das Leben nicht in vollen Zügen? Ja ich LEBE, ich LEBE bewusst und bin für alles dankbar, was passiert, denn in allem steckt etwas Gutes. Ich lebe das Leben in vollen Zügen, obwohl ich vielleicht mehr Feinde erschaffen habe, obwohl viele Menschen, die ich früher kannte das eher ins Lächerliche ziehen. Nicht wahr haben wollen, dass ich diesen schwierigen Weg gewählt habe und darin auch erfolgreich bin.
Ja, ich lebe das Leben in vollen Zügen. Nur sehe ich den Sinn meines Lebens in anderen Dingen, als andere Menschen. Ich habe mir Ziele gesteckt, die mir helfen, mein Leben mehr zu schätzen als früher und die meinem Handeln mehr Sinn verleihen. Ich verreise gern, freue mich darüber, andere Menschen kennen zu lernen… Ich genieße die Stunden, die ich habe, koste sie aus, will jedem Moment Sinn verleihen, statt die Zeit verstreichen zu lassen, ohne sie wirklich ausgefüllt zu haben.
Das Wort "Hassprediger" fällt auch sehr oft, was ich wirklich nicht verstehe und nachvollziehen kann... Ich lebe nun seit meiner Geburt hier und war in zahlreichen Moscheen. Nie jedoch habe ich einen Imam gesehen noch von einem gehört, der Hass gepredigt oder einen Menschen zum Terror aufgerufen hätte. Im Gegenteil - es wurde immer gegen Terrorismus aufgerufen. Ich habe immer wieder gehört, dass Terrorismus verurteilt wurde und nicht, dass dafür gesprochen wurde. Es wird einfach andauernd gegen Muslime gehetzt. Ältere Frauen mit Kopftuch werden als „mittelalterlich" eingestuft Männer mit Bärten werden gleich als „Terrorist" beschimpft. Ich bitte um viel, viel, viel Geduld, denn Allah ist mit Geduldigen.

KABUL, Dec. 27 – A courageous Mujahid of the martyr unit of the Islamic Emirate single-handedly killed at least 12 US-NATO terrorist troops when he slammed his corolla filled with explosive into the convoy of the foreign invading army in the heart of Kabul city, the Afghan capital today.
Early this afternoon at around 01:00 pm local time, a lone Mujahid of the Islamic Emirate, Habeeb-ur-Raman resident of Kunduz province drove his explosive-laden car towards the heavily-guarded convoy of the US-NATO forces while it was passing an area about a half mile from Camp Phoenix and rammed it into the convoy, said a Zabihullah Mujahid.
The blast was enormous enough to smash four Land Cruiser SUV vehicles traveling in the convoy into pieces, inflicting multiple fatalities on the enemy, Mujahid added.
The area was soon cordoned off by the enemy forces. However, remains of the destroyed vehicles and the fleshes and mutilated parts of the invaders strew across the road where the incident occurred.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING: MUSLIM WOMEN VULNERABLE IN MYANMAR
Amid continued communal strife in Myanmar, Muslim women and children are increasingly finding themselves in vulnerable situations that have yet to be adequately recognized and addressed. This post glimpses the related issue of human trafficking.
By way of background, Burma's record on human trafficking has prompted the United States to place it on a Tier 2 Watch List for the past two years. The Watch List is reserved for countries that fail to comply with minimum standards -- from preventing trafficking to investigating and prosecuting perpetrators of the crime to protecting victims -- as set forth in the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA).
In Myanmar, security forces have subjected both Muslim men and women to forced labor. Women, however, have been reportedly forced into prostitution and other forms of slavery as well. In fact, according to a U.S. Department of State 2012 human rights report, Burmese officials have reportedly kidnapped Rohingya women and forced them into slavery on military bases.
Burmese security forces also systematically rape and assault women and girls which also contributes to human trafficking and exploitation.
Representative are experiences like Sakinah Kahtu's, an 18-year-old Rohingya girl forced to leave her village in Rakhine State due to worsening sectarian violence to travel with human traffickers by sea to Malaysia together with other fleeing Muslims.
Her parents feared that if she remained, the Burmese security forces might sexually assault her, as they have a number of others, or may otherwise subject her to forced labor. In hopes of securing her safety, they paid traffickers nearly $300 to transport her to Malaysia.
Kahtu travelled by sea for 15 days in a vessel that carried approximately 500 passengers, including 60 women and children. She received one meal per day during her ordeal. Prior to arriving in Malaysia, however, Kahtu's traffickers detained her in Thailand for three days.
There, a stranger and fellow Rohingya paid $2,520 to secure her release and complete her journey to Malaysia. In return, Kahtu's fellow villagers allowed the young man to wed her.
Notably, many do not make it to their ultimate destination because they are arrested en route and detained by authorities in Thailand. Women and children detained at government run detention centers remain vulnerable to traffickers who have gained access to the buildings, where detainees should theoretically enjoy official protection.
Such traffickers may promise detainees reunification with family members, but after smuggling them out of the centers, rape the unsuspecting victim(s).
Such human rights violations have penetrated Myanmar's borders with neighboring countries, such as Thailand and Bangladesh, in other ways as well. Both countries have been forced to absorb the swelling numbers of Rohingya refugees fleeing widespread and systematic religious and ethnic persecution in their native land. These refugees include increasing numbers of women and children.
Indeed, anti-Muslim sectarian clashes initially resulted in thousands of Rohingya men fleeing Burma in search of work and refuge; however, with communal violence escalating since June 2012, Rohingya women have begun fleeing the country together with their babies and children.
Illustrative is the sectarian violence that afflicted Myanmar's Arakan State in June 2012, leaving tens of thousands of Rohingya men, women and children displaced. According to Human Rights Watch, as many as 35,000 Rohingya fled Myanmar as a result.
In fact, between June 2012 and May 2013, the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) found approximately 27,000 people fled Myanmar. To help place these figures in proper perspective, during the same time period one year earlier in 2011, an estimated 9,000 people are believed to have fled.
Moreover, approximately one-half of those leaving Rakhine State's capital, Sittwe, where living conditions have worsened with many living in squalid displacement camps, are women and children. Pursuant to the discriminatory 1982 Citizenship Act, the Burmese government does not recognize them as citizens and deprives them of proper identification documents. Given their "stateless" status, women and children are highly vulnerable to trafficking and exploitation.
Unfortunately, notwithstanding all of this, Thai and Burmese efforts to combat trafficking have been less than vigilant. For example, the Thai government has not investigated or prosecuted trafficking gangs and they continue to operate with impunity. Nor have Thai officials determined why traffickers can access women and children in the detention centers described above.
Thailand should exercise much more vigilance in identifying, investigating and prosecuting all those that facilitate trafficking. In the instance of organized criminal elements, officials should trace, freeze and confiscate related proceeds and provide unconditional assistance to victims regardless of their citizenship status or religious or ethnic identities. Thai officials should also address the demand-side factors contributing to the exploitation of women and children within their borders.
As to Myanmar, it prohibits human trafficking vis-à-vis its 2005 Anti-Trafficking in Persons Law. But, its efforts to combat trafficking internally have been lacking, as evidenced by the egregious conduct of its own security forces depicted further above.
Moreover, Myanmar will remain a source country supplying prospective trafficking victims (fleeing religious and ethnic persecution) until it effectively addresses the underlying causes of persistent communal violence and abject poverty confronting its minority Muslim population.
As articulated by U.S. House Resolution 418, introduced by U.S. Congressman James McGovern (D-MA), Burma must end its persecution of all Rohingya people.
Indeed, the country's credibility as an aspiring democracy is interconnected with the status of the very population it continues to persecute.

قتيبة بن مسلم أسطورة الفتح الإسلامي
يس من قبيل المبالغة أن يطلق على القائد "قتيبة بن المسلم الباهلي" العديد من الألقاب تكريمًا له، وذلك نظرًا للإنجازات المذهلة التي حققها في الفتح الإسلامي، والتي جعلت منه فاتح المشرق الإسلامي، فقد وصل بفتوحاته إلى الصين، وهي الفتوحات التي كانت السبب في دخول الكثير من الأقوام في دين الله تعالى لما رأوا في شخصية الفاتحين وقائدهم تجسيدًا لعظمة الدين الإسلامي.
فمن "كبير المجاهدين" إلى "عملاق الفتوح"، تتوالى الألقاب على ذلك القائد المسلم، الذي صار اسمه علمًا على الفاتحين المسلمين لدرجة أن البعض لقب "طارق بن زياد" فاتح الأندلس باسم "قتيبة المغرب"، وليس هناك دليل على عظم قدر "قتيبة" أكثر من ذلك اللقب, وبالتالي صار من حق ذلك الفاتح العظيم أن يلقى بالضوء على حياته لكي يرى المسلمون منها لمحات تؤكد أن لهذه الأمة الإسلامية من التاريخ ما يجعلها قادرة على تجاوز أية عثرات تمر بها.
بداية رحلة قتيبة بن مسلم الجهادية :
ولد هذا الفاتح العظيم في العام 48هـ, وفي بعض الأقوال 46 هـ، وقد كانت الفترة التي نشأ فيها فترة اضطراب سياسي عظيم في الدولة الإسلامية، وكان والده "مسلم بن عمرو" من الذين رافقوا "مصعب بن الزبير" الذي عينه "عبد الله بن الزبير" واليًا على العراق في تلك الفترة المضطربة من التاريخ الإسلامي.
وترجع بدايات الرحلة الجهادية لـ"قتيبة بن مسلم" عندما اختاره القائد الكبير "المهلب بن أبي صفرة" كواحد من خيرة المقاتلين، وأرسله إلى والي العراق آنذاك "الحجاج بن يوسف الثقفي"، فأخضعه للعديد من الاختبارات التي أثبتت بعد نظر "ابن أبي صفرة" في حنكة ومهارة "قتيبة" حيث ولاه "عبد الملك بن مروان" ولاية الري، التي أبلى فيها بلاء حسنًا، فما كان من "الحجاج" إلا أن جعله واليًا على إقليم خراسان في العام 86 هجرية، لينطلق محلقًا في سماء الفتوحات منذ ذلك الحين.
ويرجع السبب في أن ولاية خراسان كانت المنطلق الرئيسي في رحلة الفتوحات, أن هذه الولاية لم تكن مستقرة ولم تكن قد دانت كلها بالسيطرة للمسلمين، وبالتالي كانت في حاجة إلى الكثير من الجهد إما لاستكمال الفتوحات أو تأمين المناطق التي تم فتحها بالفعل.
ومن بين السمات التي ساعدت قتيبة في القيام بفتوحاته حنكته وخبرته بالرجال سواء بين الأصدقاء أو في أوساط الأعداء، فعندما أخبروه بأن تمردًا وقع في خراسان وأشير عليه بإسناد أمر إخماد التمرد للقائد "وكيع بن الأسود" الرجل الثاني في جيش "قتيبة"، رفض الفاتح قائلاً: إن وكيعًا به من الكبر ما قد يجعله يقلل من قدرات أعدائه، مما قد يجعلهم يأخذونه على غرة.
وهذا الموقف يشير إلى أن "قتيبة" كان حكيمًا في اختيار رجاله, فقد اختار مساعده من قبيلة بني تميم تلك القبيلة المتمرسة في القتال، والتي لعبت دورًا كبيرًا في الفتوح الإسلامية، إلا أنه رفض وضعه في موضع إخماد التمرد، مما يعني أنه كما يعرف للرجال مقدارهم فإنه يعرف قدراتهم.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، أفلت "قتيبة" من فخ أعده له أحد العملاء المزدوجين ويسمى "تندر" أو "تنذر"؛ فقد كان هذا الرجل عميلاً لدى "قتيبة" أثناء حصاره لمدينة تسمى بيكند كانت تتبع بخارى فقام أهل البلدة بتجنيد هذا العميل، فحاول إيهام "قتيبة" بأن "الحجاج بن يوسف" قد خلع من ولاية العراق لكي يدفع "قتيبة" لفك الحصار عن المدينة والعودة للعراق، إلا أن القائد المسلم أدرك بحنكته أن الرجل يكذب، فاستمر في حصار المدينة وأمر بقتل الخائن، وسرعان ما فتحت المدينة، بل وعادت على المسلمين بالمال الوفير الذي ساهم في الانطلاق نحو حدود الصين؛ لأن هذه المدينة كانت مهمة اقتصاديًّا وكان يطلق عليها "مدينة التجار".
كذلك كان يعرف كيفية دعم المقاتلين واختيار كل مقاتل للمهمة التي عليه القيام بها، فلكي يحفز المقاتلين على المزيد من الفتوحات، طلب من "الحجاج بن يوسف" أن يوزع الغنائم على المقاتلين المجاهدين للتخفيف من حدة ألمهم جراء الغربة وفراق الأهل، فوافق "الحجاج" مما كان له أكبر الأثر في دعم الروح المعنوية للجنود، ونفس الأسلوب اتبعه مع الرجال في فتح بخارى فنعود مرة أخرى إلى بيكند, حيث كان حكام المدينة قد حشدوا كل جيوشهم في معسكر واقع على نهر بالمدينة، فصار هذا المعسكر أمنع نقطة في المدينة وبالتالي كان اقتحامه يعني فتح المدينة، لكن القيام بهذه المهمة كان في نظر الكثيرين ضرب من المستحيل.
فما كان من قتيبة إلا أن اختار قبيلة بني تميم ذات الباع الطويل في القتال لكي تفتح تلك المدينة وتقتحم ذلك المعسكر الحصين، ونادى فيهم أن "من جاء برأس كافر فله 100 دينار"، كما أن "وكيعا"، قد دعا قومه -بني تميم- للانضمام إلى الجهاد مطلقًا صيحته الشهيرة: "من كان يريد الموت فليتبعني، ومن كان كارهًا فليثبت في مكانه"، وذلك حسب رواية "ابن أعثم"، مما كان له أكبر الأثر في سقوط المدينة ومن ثم فتح بخارى كلها، وكان ذلك في العام 87 هجرية.
الصين والأتراك :
واستمرت فتوحات "قتيبة بن مسلم الباهلي" في بلاد ما وراء النهر جيحون وسيحون، حتى استقر المقام للمسلمين هناك، ومن البلدات والمدن التي فتحها الطالقان والصغانيان وشومان وكفتان وسمرقند, وقد بلغ عظم فتوحاته مستوى جعل ملك الصين، مهاب الجانب في منطقته، يرسل بالهدايا إلى الفاتح العظيم حتى يدفعه إلى التراجع عن قسمه بأن يدخل المسلمون الصين، وأرسل له حفنة من تراب الصين ليطأها حتى يكون قد أبر بقسمه.
غير أن القائد العظيم لم يتراجع واستمر يقاتل في تلك المناطق، وراح يخطط لكي ينطلق من فرغانة -وهو إقليم يمتد حاليًا بين أوزبكستان وطاجكيستان وقرغيزيا- نحو فتح الصين كلها، إلا أن التغيرات السياسية التي وقعت في هذه الفترة عقب وفاة الخليفة الأموي الوليد بن عبد الملك وتولي "سليمان بن عبد الملك" من بعده، قد أطاحت بـ"قتيبة" من منصبه واليًا على خراسان ومن قيادة الجيش، ليتوقف عند التخوم الغربية للإمبراطورية الصينية، وتحديدًا عند منطقة كاشغر، التي تقع في تركستان الشرقية داخل حدود الصين الحالية.
وكان من بين الإيجابيات التي نجمت عن الفتوحات التي قادها "قتيبة بن مسلم" في تلك الأصقاع أن دخل الأتراك في الدين الإسلامي، فبعد أن دانت السيطرة للمسلمين على بلاد فارس، ودخل الفرس في دين الله في عهد الخلفاء الراشدين، دخل الأتراك في الإسلام على يد ذلك الفاتح العظيم، حيث كان نهر المرغاب هو الحد الفاصل بين الأتراك والفرس، فتجاوزه "قتيبة" في فتوحاته ودخل الأتراك الإسلام.
وأدى دخول الأتراك الإسلام إلى العديد من الفتوحات الرئيسية في تاريخ المسلمين بعد ذلك، ومن أبرز تلك الفتوحات ما قام به العثمانيون في أوربا من الوصول إلى حدود النمسا، والسيطرة على أجزاء كبيرة للغاية من القارة الأوربية، إلى جانب ما قامت به فروعهم من فتح الهند وغيرها من الفتوحات في آسيا الوسطى.
نهاية رحلة قتيبة بن مسلم :
وعلى الرغم مما يشاع عن أن "قتيبة" قد تمرد على الخليفة الأموي الجديد "سليمان بن عبد الملك" بسبب فتنة داخلية ضربت بين القبائل العربية في تلك الفترة، إلا أن هناك من الأقوال ما يشير إلى أنه لم يتمرد، وأن ما سرى من أنباء عن تمرده كان جزءًا من تلك الفتنة التي انتهى فصل من فصولها بمقتل "قتيبة بن مسلم" على يد الجيوش الموالية لـ"سليمان بن عبد الملك" في عام 96 هجرية/715 ميلادية، وهي الميتة التي أغضبت الجميع حتى أعداء "قتيبة"، فقال قائل: "يا معشر العرب قتلتم قتيبة، لو كان منا فمات فينا, جعلناه في تابوت, فكنا نستفتح به إذا غزونا".
إن لهذا الفاتح العظيم قصة صمود رائعة، اعتمد فيها على إيمانه بالله تعالى، الذي دفع الكثيرين من غير المسلمين إلى الدخول في دين الله بسبب عظم شخصية "قتيبة"، وكذلك على بسالته القتالية، وعقليته النادرة التي جعلته يتميز حتى عن قائده "المهلب بن أبي صفرة" في أن يضع لكل غزوة من غزواته، حتى وإن كانت محدودة الحجم، هدفًا محددًا يجب إنجازه وإن طال المطال بها، فيقال مثلاً إن حصاره لمدينة بيكند استمر شهرين كاملين، ولكنه لم ييأس وقاتل وانتصر بإذن الله.
لم يعتمد "قتيبة" على جاه ولا نسب، فقد كان ينتمي إلى قبيلة باهلة، وهي كانت في عرف عرب الجاهلية من أحط القبائل نسبًا، إلا أنه انتفض وشق طريقه، ولكنه في النهاية لم يلق تكريمًا إلا بالقتل في إطار تصفية حسابات داخلية، لكن يكفيه ما بدأنا به من أنه نال من الألقاب ما لم ينله فاتح آخر, كما يكفيه أن عرقًا كاملاً هو العرق التركي، بكل فروعه، قد دخل في الإسلام على يده.

■ Erdogan macht den Westen sprachlos!
Ministerpräsident Erdogan zeigt in der türkischen Regierungskrise seine mentale Distanz zu Europa. Der Konflikt mit dem Prediger Gülen offenbart die Islamisierung des Landes.
Wochenlang redeten sich Außenpolitikexperten die Köpfe heiß über die Ukraine und Russland und Chodorkowski und Putin. Doch dass in einem Nato-Land der Ministerpräsident die Botschafter von Nato-Verbündeten rauszuwerfen droht, dass er von "illegalen Banden" und einer „Verschwörung" ausländischer Mächte schwadroniert, weil eine ganze Reihe seiner Minister der schweren Korruption und Vetternwirtschaft angeklagt sind, und dass sein mächtigster Widersacher kein demokratischer Gegenkandidat, sondern ein islamistischer Prediger ist, der öffentlich wünscht, "Gott" möge "Feuer über die Heime" seiner Widersacher bringen, all das scheint der deutschen Öffentlichkeit ganz akzeptabel und keine Sorgen wert zu sein. Zumindest keine öffentlich vernehmbaren. Man scheint die Vorgänge so zu betrachten, wie die Spießbürger in Goethes „Faust", die entspannt am Fenster stehen und ein Glas Wein trinken, „wenn hinten, weit, in der Türkey, die Völker auf einander schlagen".
Das ist umso erstaunlicher, als nach Ansicht großer Teile des deutschen und europäischen Establishments dieses Land EU-Mitglied werden sollte. Dafür werden stets in erster Linie geostrategische Gründe angeführt – und die Hoffnung, dass allein schon der Beitrittsprozess die Türkei institutionell und mental zu einem europäischen Land machen werde.
Die Ereignisse der letzten Tage offenbaren aber deutlicher als jeder „Fortschrittsbericht" der Europäischen Kommission den aus westlicher Sicht besorgniserregenden Zustand des EU-Beitrittskandidaten. Sie legen offen, was bedeutsamer ist als Verfassungsartikel: der ganz und gar nicht zu Europa passende Zustand der politischen Kultur des Landes.
Die verbale Rohheit, mit der in der Türkei innenpolitische Konflikte ausgetragen werden, ist für den westlichen Betrachter befremdlich. Ein Bundeskanzler oder Président de la République, der wie Erdogan spräche, wäre völlig unhaltbar. Doch die Milde, mit der Europas Regierungen Erdogan begegnen, verhält sich umgekehrt proportional zu dessen Dreistigkeit, die er zum Beispiel mit seinem Auftritt vor zehntausenden Auslandstürken in Köln 2008 demonstrierte und jetzt mit dem Gerede von einer ausländischen Verschwörung auf die Spitze treibt. Wo bleiben die diplomatischen Proteste? Groß ist - zu Recht - die öffentliche Kritik an Putins autoritärem Regime in Russland, seinen außenpolitischen Drohgebärden und seiner Willkür gegen innenpolitische Gegner. Doch die voranschreitende Islamisierung der Türkei und die Selbstherrlichkeit Erdogans redet – oder schweigt - man sich in Europa schön.
Noch befremdlicher und besorgniserregender als die politische Sprache in der Türkei ist die Verbindung des Korruptionsskandals mit dem Machtkampf zwischen dem islamistischen Ministerpräsidenten Erdogan und dem Prediger Fethullah Gülen, der aus dem amerikanischen Exil mit seinem Privatschulimperium die Meinungsbildung von Millionen Türken beeinflusst. Dies zeigt, dass zumindest in den Köpfen sehr vieler Türken die Trennung von Religion und Politik weitgehend aufgehoben ist. Der Machtkampf ist auch einer um die religiöse Deutungshoheit. Und Atatürk rotiert im Grabe!
Für europäische Beobachter ist der Konflikt in und um die Ukraine als Betrachtungsgegenstand attraktiver: Es geht um die nackte politische Macht und wirtschaftliche Entwicklungsperspektiven. Putins Handeln ist zu verurteilen, aber es ist mit den säkularen Kategorien westlicher Analytiker zu begreifen. Der türkische Konflikt dagegen ist untrennbar verwoben mit islamischen Glaubensfragen: Da kämpft ein Ministerpräsident, der Männer und Frauen in Studentenwohnheimen trennen will, gegen einen Prediger, der die Evolutionstheorie leugnet und den Abfall vom Glauben als schlimmer als Mord bezeichnet. Dem westlichen Betrachter fehlen da verständlicherweise die Worte.
Die Hoffnung, dass sich Erdogan durch das Lockmittel EU-Beitritt zum lupenreinen Demokraten wandeln und die Türkei zu einem durch und durch westlich orientierten Rechtsstaat machen werde, ist, wie die Ereignisse zeigen, unangebracht. Die Türkei, das ist die zutiefst enttäuschende Lehre der Ereignisse, mag wirtschaftlich Fortschritte gemacht haben, doch ihre politische Kultur hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren nicht grundlegend europäisiert, sondern tendenziell islamisiert. Wer will sich ein Land, in dem das „Feuer" Gottes eine zentrale politische Kategorie zu sein scheint, weiterhin ernsthaft als EU-Vollmitglied wünschen?
Die Unterstützung der Europäischen Union und der westlichen Öffentlichkeit gebührt nicht der türkischen Regierung und natürlich ebenso wenig der Gülen-Bewegung, sondern den freiheitlich und säkular gesinnten Menschen, die auf dem Taksim-Platz und anderswo in der Türkei gegen die islamistische Erdogan-Herrschaft demonstrierten.
Aber große Hoffnungen, dass sie zur politisch bestimmenden Kraft werden, darf man sich leider nicht machen.

Eingegangen wird auf die Behauptung das das vollziehen von zwanzig Raka'ā im Tarawīh eine schwache Meinung wäre. Es wird aufgezeigt wie die klassischen Gelehrten diese Angelegenheit in Anbetracht zogen. Alles Lob gebührt Allāh den Erhabenen und Majestätischen.
Imām Bayhaqī [rahimahullah] hat uns in al-Marifa von Sa'īb ibn Yazīd [radi Allāhu anhu] überliefert, der sagte: ,,In der Zeit von Umar ibn al-Khattāb (radi Allāhu anhu) pflegten die Leute 20 Raka'ās und das Witr [zu beten]."
In einer andere Version dieses Hadīth wird es folgendermaßen überliefert in al-Sunān von Bayhaqī: Sa'īb Ibn Yazīd sagte:
,,In der Zeit von Umar Ibn al-Khattāb, verrichteten sie 20 Raka'ās im Monat Ramadān. Er sagte (auch):,,Und sie rezitierten das Mi'in,(Suren im Qur'ān die mehr als 100 Verse haben) und sie lehnten sich an ihren Stöcken in der Zeit von Uthmān ibn Affān, wegen der Unbequemlichkeit des Stehens."[Bayhaqī]
Imām Nawawī [rahimahullah] sagte in al-Khulasā über diese Überlieferung das sie Sahīh ist nach seinen Kriterien.
Außerdem die oben erwähnten Hadīth sind absolut vertrauenswürdig, wie erwähnt wurde von dem Indischen Gelehrten, Shaykh al-Nimāwī in Athar al-Sunān und einer großen Anzahl von Hadīthgelehrten.
Imām Badruddīn al-Aynī [rahimahullah] sagte in seinem berühmten Kommentar zu Sahīh al-Bukhār:
,,Die Meinung unserer Gefährten [der Hanafīgelehrten] so wie der Shāfi'īs und der Hanbalīs ist die, welche al-Bayhaqī überlieferte mit einer authentischen Überlieferungskette [Sahih Isnad]…"

Der Beleg welcher beweist, dass Umār [radi Allāhu anhu] die Praxis von 20 Raka'ās anordnete wurde verzeichnet von Shaykh Ali al-Muttaqī al- Hindī in der größten Hadithsammlung: Kanz al-Ummal fi Sunan al-aqwal wal Af'al, der wie folgt lautet von Ubaī ibn Ka'ab:
"Umār (radi Allāhu anhu) befahl (Ubayy) das Gebet im Ramadhān zu führen, weil die Leute tagsüber fasteten und sie [den Qur'ān] nachtsüber nicht gut rezitieren konnten , aus diesem Grund ist es besser das du [den Qur'ān] nachtsüber rezitierst. Ich (Ubayy) fragte: "Oh Amīr al-Mu'minīn, dies wurde doch vorher nicht gemacht this." Er sagte:,,Ich weiß, doch dies ist eine gute Handlung", und so vollzog (Ubayy) es für sie [den Gefährten] mit zwanzig Raka'ā."
Yahyā überliefert von Mālik [rahimahullāh], dass Yahyā ibn Ruman [radi Allāhu anhu] sagte:,,Die Menschen pflegten es die Nacht im Ramadhān mit dreiundzwanzig Raka'ās* zu beten in der Zeit von Umār ibn al-Khattāb."*Anmerkung:zwanzig Raka'ā Tarawīh und drei Witr.

Imām Tirmidhī [rahimahullah] erwähnt, dass Umār, Alī, Sufyan al-Thawrī und Imām Shāfi'ī es akzeptierten das das Tarawīh Gebet aus zwanzig Raka'ā besteht. Er erwähnte dazu Imām Shāfi'īs Aussage, dass er die Leute von Makkah sah, wie sie zwanzig Raka'ā beteten.

Es ist auch zu finden das einige der Tabi'īn es pflegten zwanzig Raka'ā zu beten und auch einige beteten sechsunddreißig Raka'ās im Tarawīh.

,,Yahyā bin Sa'īd al-Ansārī [rahimahullah] der der Qādī von Medina war sagte, dass Umār [radi Allāhu anhu] jemanden angewiesen hatte die Leute im Tarawīhgebet zu führen mit zwanzig Raka'āt. Diese Überlieferung ist authentisch narration is authentisch jedoch mursal.

Abdul Azīz bin Rāfi' [rahimahullah] sagte das Ubay bin Ka'b [radi Allāhu anhu] die Leute von Medina mit zwanzig Raka'ā Tarawīh und drei Witr beten lies. Auch diese Überlieferung ist authentisch jedoch mursal.

Der berühmte Tabi'ī und Muftī von Makkah Atā ibn Abī Rabāh [rahimahullah] sagte, das er die Sahāba und andere darin vorfand wie sie 23 Raka'ā [im Tarawīhgebet] verrichteten zusammen mit dem Witr."

Abul Hasana [rahimahullah) sagte:
,,Ali [radi Allāhu anhu] wies jemanden an das Gebet vorzubeten mit zwanzig Raka'ā Tarawīh mit 5 Pausen dazwischen."

Imām Ghazālī [rahimahullāh] schreibt:
,,Das Tarawīhgebet umfasst 20 Raka'āt und es ist eine Sunnah Mu'akkadah. Die Art und Weise es zu verrichten ist wohl bekannt."

Er schreibt außerdem
,,zwanzig Raka'āt ist die Meinung des Konsens der Gelehrten wegen der Überlieferung von Yazīd Ibn Rūman [rahimahullah] in dem Muwatta von Imām Mālik, gemeint ist während der Khilāfa von Umār, wo die Leute 23 Raka'ā im Tarawīhgebet Vollzogen zusammen mit dem Witrgebet."

Der Muhaddith Imām ibn Qudāma [rahimahullah] schreibt in al-Mughnī, dass die Sahāba darin übereinstimmend waren, dass das Tarawīh Gebet mit zwanzig Raka'ā gebetet wurde.

Imām Nawawī sagte:
„Das Tarāwīh-Gebet ist eine Sunnah gemäß dem Konsens der Gelehrten. Unsere Meinung lautet, dass es aus 20 Raka`āt mit 10 Taslīm besteht und es ist erlaubt, es allein zu beten oder in der Gemeinschaft."

Hāfiz ibn Taymīyah [rahimahullah] sagte:
,,Wahrlich es wurde bewiesen das Umār [radiAllāhu anhu] Ubayy ibn Ka'ab [radiAllāhu anhu] die Leute in den 20 Gebetseinheiten des Tarawīhs und 3 des Witrs im Ramadhān führen ließ. Das ist der Weg der Gelehrten dieser Ummah und dies ist die Sunnah. Das ist aufgrund der Tatsache, dass Ubayy ibn Ka'ab 20 Gebetseinheiten Tarawīh mit einer großen Gemeinschaft der Muhājirīn und Ansār der Sahāba las und keiner unter ihnen hat diese Praxis abgelehnt/zurückgewiesen."

Hāfiz ibn Taymīyah sagt an einer anderen Stelle:
,,Wenn Umār al-Farūq [radi Allāhu anhu] mit der Etablierung der 20 Gebetseinheiten im Tarawīh davon ausgegangen war, eine schlechte Praxis einzuführen, dann würde Alī [radi Allāhu anhu] dieser in seinem Kalifat ein Ende setzen.Im Kalifat von Alī, las er jedoch auch 20 Gebetseinheiten im Tarawīh in Kufa. Im Monat Ramadhān würde Alī sagen:,Möge Allāh das Grab von Umār erleuchten, so wie er (Umār) unsere Moscheen für uns erleuchtet hat.

Imām al-Dhahabī [rahimahullah] erwähnt die Handlung von Umār [radi Allāhu anhu] und wie er Ubayy ibn Ka'ab das Gebet führen lies, und bestätigte dies.
[Imām Dhahabī in Siyar A'lam an-Nubala, 10/70]
Hāfiz Subkī al-Shāfi'ī [rahimahullah] schreibt:,,Wir Glauben daran, dass das Tarawīhgebet aus zwanzig Raka'ā besteht, wie es bewiesen wurde aus authentischen Überlieferungen."

Al-Hāfiz Ibn Hajjar Al Asqalānī [rahimahullāh] überliefert von Imām Rafi [radi Allāhu anhu] :,,Der Prophet [sall Allāhu aleyhi wa sallam] betete 20 Raka'ā im Tarawīh an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Nächten mit einer Ansammlung an Leuten im Ramadhān. In der dritten Nacht kamen viel mehr Leute zusammen (zu einer Versammlung) doch der Prophet [sall Allāhu aleyhi wa sallam] erschien nicht. Am darauf folgenden Morgen sagte der Prophet [sall Allāhu aleyhi wa sallam]:,,Ich befürchtete das das Gebet [die 20 raka'ā im Ramadhān] für euch zur Pflicht [Fard] werden würde, und ihr nicht in der Lage sein würdet es zu tragen."
Diese Überlieferung wurde von Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Hajjar al-Asqalānī [Rahimahullāh] überliefert, nachdem er dies überlieferte sagte er dazu:,, Es gibt einen Konsens unter den Muhadithīn [Hadīthgelehrten], dass diese Überlieferung authentisch [Sahīh] ist.
[Talkīsul Habīr fi Takhrīj ahadīth Rafi ul-Kabīr B.1, S.119]
Einige Leute bringen diese Aussage von Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Hajjar al-Haythamī um zu beweisen das die Praxis des Tarawīh Gebetes von zwanzig Raka'āt nicht richtig oder schwach sei.
Ibn Hajjar al-Haythamī sagte: „Es gibt keinen sahīh Bericht darüber, dass der Prophet (Allahs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) 20 Raka`āt beim Tarāwīh betete. Die Überlieferung, in der es heißt, dass er „20 Raka`āt zu beten pflegte" ist äußerst schwach (da`īf)."
[al-Mausū`ah al-Fiqhiyyah, 27/142-145]
Es mag sein das Shaykh al-Islām al-Haythamī diesen Hadith als schwach sah aber wir das heißt noch lange nicht das es seine Meinung ist das die Praxis von 20 Raka'āt ein schwaches Fundament hat.
Denn Shaykh al-Islām ibn Hajjar al-Haythamī al-Mekkī [rahimahullah] sagte:
,,Die Sahāba [radi Allāhu anhum] waren übereinstimmten darin, das Tarawīh Gebet mit zwanzig Raka'ā zu beten."
[Tuhfarul Akhyār S.197]
Dies zeigt das er zwar den Hadith als schwach sah, aber nicht die Praxis.
Al-Hāfiz ibn Abdul Barr [rahimahullāh] sagte das es Fakt ist das die Sahāba radi Allāhu anhum zwanzig Raka'ā beteten während dem Kalifāt von Umār [radi Allāhu anhu].
[Mirqāt, B.2 .S.174]
Imām Sarkhasī [rahimahullah] von der Hanafī Madh'hab sagte:
„Es sind 20 Raka`āt, abgesehen von Witr, nach unserer Meinung."
[al-Mabsūt 2/145]
Shāh Walīullāh Muhaddith Dehlewī [rahimahullāh] schreibt auch, dass das Tarawīh Gebet während der Zeit der Sahāba [radi Allāhu anhum] und Tabi'īn 20 Raka'ā war.
[Hujjatullāhi Bāligha, B.2 S.67]
Shāh Abdul Azīz Muhaddith Dehlewī [rahimahullāh] erwähnt auch, dass der Konsens der Sahāba erreicht wurde, dass sie es pflegten zwanzig Raka'ā und drei Witr Raka'ā zu beten.

Allama Anwar Shāh al-Kashmīrī [rahimahullāh] erwähnt in seinem Kommentar zu Sahīh Bukhārī folgendes:
,,Als Imām Abu Yūsūf [rahimahullah] Imām Abu Hanifah [rahimahullah] fragte ob Umār [radi Allāhu anhu] irgendeinen Beweis vom Propheten [sall Allāhu aleyhi wa sallam] hatte als er zwanzig Raka'ā im Tarawīh betete, antwortete Abu Hanifa:,,Umār [radi Allāhu anhu] war niemals jemand der Handlungen der Bida'ā ausübte."
[Faydhul Bārī, B.2 S.420; Marāqil Falāh, S.81; Bahrur Rā'iq, B.2 S.66]
Außerdem sagte Allama Anwar Shah Kashmīrī [rahimahullāh]:
,,Noch nicht einmal einer der vier A'imma hielt weniger 20 Raka'āt für richtig im Tarawīh Gebet; Die Praxis und die Ansicht der meisten der Gefährten [radiAllāhu anhum] war auch so. Imām Mālik [rahimahullāh] hielt mehr als 20 Raka'āt für richtig. Er ist davon überzeugt,dass es 36 Raka'āt sind. Nach der Praxis von Imām Mālik werden nur 20 Rakat in der Gemeinschaft verrichtet, aber die gebräuliche Praxis und Methode der Menschen von Medinah war, dass sie während der kurzen Zwischenpause (nach allen 4 Raka'āt), wenn der Imam sich nach 4 Raka'āt hinsetzte, 4 weitere Raka'āt zu verrichten pflegten. Der Mann, welcher das Tarawīh Gebet in der Masjid al-Harām leitete, umschritt (Tawaf) während dieser Pause gewöhnlich die Ka'ba. Die Menschen von Madīna konnten natürlich nicht die Ka'ba umschreiten und daher verrichteten sie in diesen kurzen Pausen 16 weitere Raka'āt (insgesamt)."
[Es wurde in seiner veröffentlichten Vorlesung Tirmidhī al-ma'rūf ba-Arfa'sh-Shazzi (Band 1 S. 329), ausgesagt]
Allama Ahmad Uthmanī [rahimahullāh] schreibt, weil keiner von den Sahāba sich uneinig waren über die 20 Raka'ā, sind sich alle Gelehrten darüber einig.

Einige Leute bringen diese Aussage von Imām Muhammad ash-Shaybānī [rahimahullah] um aufzuzeigen das das Tarawīh Gebet nicht aus 20 Raka'āt besteht, um ,,seine Meinung" aufzuzeigen.
,,Imam Muhammad (rahimahullāh) bekundete sein Einverständnis mit dem Hadith von `A´isha (radhiaAllāhu `anha) mit folgender Aussage: "Wir nehmen all dies an."

Aber erwähnen dabei seine Meinung bezüglich Tarawīh nicht gründlich möge Allāh ihnen vergeben.
Er sagte:
,,Wir nehmen diesen Weg (von 20 Raka'āt Tarawīh)…..weil die Muslime [die Sahāba] übereinstimmend darin waren und dies als eine gute Praxis sahen. Es wurde überliefert das der Gesandte Gottes [sall Allāhu aleyhi wa sallam] sagte:,,,Was auch immer die Muslimīn für gut erachten, ist auch als gut angesehen bei Allāh. Und was auch immer sie als schlecht betrachten, so ist dies auch schlecht angesehen bei Allāh."*

*Dies ist eine authentische Aussage von Abdullah Ibn Mas`ūd. Imām Ahmad überliefert dies in seinem Musnād (1:379 nr.3599), auch überliefert dies Imām al-Bazzar und Imām Tabarānī im Mu`jām al-Kabīr wie Imām Haythamī es erwähnten in Majma` al-zawa'id, und er (al-Haythamī) ergänzte folgendes: ,,Seine Überlieferer sind vertrauenswürdig." Al-Āmidī betrachte diesen als einen Hadīth dessen Überlieferungskette bis zu dem Propheten ging (al-Ihkam fi usul al-ahkam 2. Edition. Beirut, 1401/1982, 1:214). Ahmad Hasan wies darauf hin, dass Imām Abu Hanifas Schüler Imam Muhammad ibn Hasan al-Shaybānī dies ursprünglich als Hadīth überlieferte, doch später wurde dies Abdullah ibn Mas'ūd zugeschrieben
Wie wir sehen darf man nicht einfach wenn man 2 Fetzen von ihm gelesen hat, die Behauptung stellen er würde dieser Meinung nicht folgen.

Alhamdulillah- es waren so unerwartet viele Schwestern und Kinder an diesem Tag da (500 Leute- oder sogar mehr?!), damit haben wir wirklich nicht gerechnet.
Die Halle war leider nur 1/3 so groß wie die ursprüngliche Halle, in der das Ganze stattfinden sollte, dennoch hat alles irgendwie geklappt alhamdulillah.
Die Halle war voll, der Markt war voll. Überall Kinder und Schwestern- was für ein schöner Anblick alhamdulillah.
Während unserer Programms blieb der "Markt" draußen geschlossen und in den Pausen ("Marktrundgänge") öffneten dann alle Stände und innerhalb einiger Sekunden (!) waren alle Stände überfüllt.
Die meisten Fotos konnten erst geschossen werden, als die Menschenmasse kleiner wurde, da es sonst einfach zu voll war.

Einer Sünde folgt eine ähnliche Sünde
Ibn al-Qayyim sagte sinngemäß, dass die Strafe einer Sünde eine ähnliche Sünde ist, die ihr folgt.
Somit begeht man die Sünde immer öfter, bis man sich daran gewöhnt hat. Das schlechte Gewissen verstummt langsam. Dies geht soweit das man die Sünde am Ende als klein sieht. Je mehr man sich an diese gewöhnt hat, desto schwieriger wird es von ihr abzulassen und desto mehr verschmutzt sie das Herz.

These are leprosy patients and thrown out of their homes as it may spread and they have made streets as homes. We were in deep shock seeing them sleeping without proper covering in this mid winter. It is a reminder for all having shelter that we are gifted ones by Allah.
Alhamdulillah Street Dawah Bangalore team provided them blankets last night. May Allah accept it from us. Ameen.

D. h. wenn man mit Geld gesegnet ist, soll man sich gut kleiden.
