In #Syria is a Different Revolution:
The revolutions which shocked the West since Bouazizi set himself ablaze after what he faced of injustice, humiliation and insult by the regime of Bin Ali and his officers…
The West was successful in shifting these revolutions away from their aims by mandating their (the West's) men to penetrate them and demand that the (ideas in the) slogans are shouted out aloud and with more enthusiasm, they thereafter removed the previous tyrant, whose face is grim in blackness, and they put in his place a man whose face is less black, while the main structure of the system remained as a republic secular agent state, the only thing that changed in it is the faces, they adopted this as an already tried medical prescription, so every time the people discovered that no real change took place and revolted calling for freedom, the colonizing states inserted their men between the people, hence shouting for them in a louder voice, so that as though change is really taking place in these states.
As for what happened in Syria, the slogans were neither for nationalism, nor for a civil state, nor for freedoms nor for democracy, hence the Western states are unable to penetrate the revolution and call for those ideas in a louder voice and with more enthusiasm….
The slogans however called for Khilafah or Islam but in a way that is unusual to them, i.e. not from the same alleged "moderate and middle-way" type which they always sing out with…

Normal life is suspended so that the politics of mob rule can reign, the truth of the matter is it is the ordinary people that suffer.

The season of wanton violence and terror has begun on the streets of Bangladesh. As the election draws closer the violence and sheer anarchy will increase ten fold. Speak to anyone in Bangladesh and those that have recently traveled to the country that now is not a good time in Bangladesh.
Normal life is suspended so that the politics of mob rule can reign, the truth of the matter is it is the ordinary people that suffer. From those trying to scrape a living they are the ones affected most. Like rickshaw drivers, bus drivers, stall holders, small businesses, market traders etc. The streets of Bangladesh of burning buses, blocked roads, stones in roads, police baton charging are a normal occurrence.
But time and time again its the normal people of Bangladesh that suffer they end up losing their livelihood or worse still getting seriously injured or killed in this mad politicking. The Muslims of Bangladesh should reject this kind of politics and embrace the Islamic political system in its entirety if they want to see the end of this anarchic animalistic behaviour.

Is there a comprehensive curriculum for all school stages for all the Shariah sciences, and other sciences, to be studied in the liberated areas in ash-Sham, for example, or in any place where there is freedom of education, especially in these circumstances where everyone whether having a goal or thought, or not, wants to open a private school... I wonder how this generation will be founded; Allah is for them and us.
I thought of the idea to asking everyone in all Islamic countries who has the ability to write a curriculum and is protective over his children from being be brought up by others to contribute in the writing of a comprehensive curriculum.
But it came to my mind that if you have a curriculum, then why waste time in writing one, instead I should only complete what you have accomplished and I start with my relatives and beloved. May Allah reward you all the best if you answer or not.

Wa Alaikum Assalam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
Yes, we have a curriculum, but it needs schools and teachers to teach it. As well as it needs an authority to implement it on the basis of the Shariah laws, and to be recognized as a school certificate so that the student can complete the academic levels. All of this requires a State that rules by Islam and acknowledges this approach in education. This power does not exist now, so how can you teach it and where? After all, we are working hard to establish the Islamic state, the Khilafah, which implements the education curriculum by the ruling of Shariah, and Allah willing, this may be soon.
In conclusion, May Allah reward you for your concern and interest.

"The Prophethood will remain amongst you for as long as Allaah wills it to be. Then Allaah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be the khilaafah upon the Prophetic methodology. And it will last for as long as Allaah wills it to last. Then Allaah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be biting kingship, and it will remain for as long as Allaah wills it to remain. Then Allaah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be tyrannical (forceful) kingship and it will remain for as long as Allaah wills it to remain. Then He will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be a khilaafah upon the Prophetic methodology.
Then he (the Prophet) was silent."
Hadith reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud
The demonstration was carried out after salatul jumah 29th Novermber 2013 by Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Bangladesh.

Hizb ut Tahrir is a political party whose ideology is Islam, so politics is its work and Islam is its ideology. It works within the Ummah and together with it to restore the Islamic way of life with the establishment of the second Righteous Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, by the method that the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم followed when he cared for the affairs of the people by showing Islam's solutions to life's problems and replaced the rulers by intellectual and political struggle.
Hizb ut Tahrir has worked in most of the Islamic lands for the past 60 years, calling to Allah Almighty with honest words and encountering any justification with justification. It does not adopt material actions with the use of force and it does not have a military wing, and there has not been a single incident to prove otherwise. It has well known official media offices and official spokespersons that clearly convey its political ideas and opinions.
Therefore we are surprised that some accredit to us speech or fatwas outside the context of what we have clarified, which were perhaps said by individuals who do not follow the Hizb. The issue does not concern us, and the Hizb's method in exposing the issues of the Ummah is known far and wide. From the day of its establishment the Hizb's struggle has only been against the Disbelievers (Kuffar), and we have never criticized or defamed any Islamic Jihadist party or faction. In conclusion we say to those who made allegations against us: Do not forget the saying of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم:
«البَيِّنَةُ عَلَى المُدَّعِي، وَاليَمِينُ عَلَى المُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ»
"Proof is on the accuser, and an oath is on the accused."

Paul Walker (the actor from the 'Fast and the Furious' movies) passed away earlier today and this was the state of the car that he died in.
There are some lessons we can learn from his death. One of the main lessons is that you will die the way you lived your life. So if you live your life in the fast lane, you will also die in the fast lane. If you live your life by the gun you will also die by the gun. If you live a righteous life, Allah Azzawajal will in His infinite Mercy give you a righteous death.
Many people think these celebrities are untouchable but the reality is different. I bet he was looking forward to the release of his new 'Fast and the Furious' film next year, without thinking he may be dead by then. Most of us do the same thing, we think about the future and ignore the fact that we may pass away before our plans become a reality.
Only Allah Azzawajal knows how long we have left in this world. Many of us may not be alive next week and that is the honest truth. So make the most of every minute you have in this world and do as much as you can for your Akhirah because as you can see from the picture, all it takes is a wrong turn of the steering wheel and you are gone.

Sexual violence in parts of UK is 'as bad as in warzones'
News:
According to a new report, the level of sexual violence in gang-afflicted neighbourhoods of the UK is comparable to that seen in war zones.
"In some areas the level of sexual violence and the types of violence inflicted are comparable to how sexual violence is used in war-torn territories," said Professor Jenny Pearce of the University of Bedforshire, lead researcher on the sexual violence report for the Office of the Children's Commissioner.
Called 'It's Wrong But You Get Used To It', the report found that girls as young as 11 are being systematically exploited, groomed, and raped in the worst gang-affected areas of the UK, with the peer-on-peer violence going unreported and ignored.
Sue Berelowitz, the Deputy Children's Commissioner, said rape was widespread and happened "on a daily basis" in the worst-hit areas. "As soon as a girl has had sex, coerced or otherwise, it is completely open season on her. She has abrogated all right to refuse to have sex with someone for all time. They will and do have sex with her any time, any place and anywhere," she said. She added that the "sheer levels of sadism" uncovered by the inquiry had been shocking.
John Pitts, a researcher for the report and an expert on gangs, said he had been shocked by the "normality" of the violence reported. "There was an acceptance or resignation of the brutality of their lives," he said. "These young people are very difficult to get to, but when we did we found sexual violence appeared to be routine and regarded as unexceptional. For many of them this was the wallpaper of their lives."

Living here, you sometimes start to think that few things can shock you but then a report like this comes along. We live in technologically modern cities, where things appear neat, pretty and organised on the surface yet a report like this highlights another side of UK society which is not limited to one part of the country. These are some of the shocking problems confronting liberal and secular societies where values of right and wrong keep evolving. Someone on the radio even argued that women having multiple sexual partners is a good thing – as she saw it as a progress for liberal values and free expression.
So what solutions are offered? Matthew Reed, chief executive of the Children's Society, said: "Schools, health and youth services must get better at teaching children about healthy relationships. They need to teach both boys and girls about what consent means, so children can protect themselves from becoming involved in exploitation."
Who is best placed to teach about 'healthy relationships' between men and women? Where is the mention of the role of families? As the liberal culture promotes all types of relationships, what exactly is a healthy relationship between men and women? And what about stopping the popular culture that sometimes glorifies sexual violence against women in music videos and films – claiming it is harmless fun? What about the glorification of gangster culture?
Unfortunately, when reports like these highlight the type of problem it has, there is a lot of talk about the problem but little about tackling the values that lead to the problem – because some of those values are 'beyond question' since they are regarded as the latest manifestation of freedom and liberalism.
Like most families, Muslim families living in areas where such problems are prevalent fear for their children, have to make a lot of dua for their protection and do everything to instil the correct way Islam teaches us to value and protect women and engage in relationships between men and women.

After the U.S. administration of the occupation of Afghanistan defined the terms of the security treaty with Afghanistan – that provides a legal cover to legitimize the acts of murder and piracy committed by American soldiers, including raids on the Afghans' homes – American agent Karzai (whose name has become synonymous with agent activity and betrayal) tried begging for a fig leaf to cover his vice. He contacted John Kerry, envoy of American colonialism, to attend (even if via video) the cartoonish Loya Jarga meeting, supposedly staffed with opinion makers and influential people in Afghanistan. Karzai asked Kerry to give them an apology, or the semblance of an apology, for some of the ugly, shameful practices by the U.S. occupation forces, supported and empowered by Erdogan's soldiers, who says that he has an "Islamic tendency", and by the soldiers of the King of Jordan, who says he is of "Hashemi ancestry"!
Here is America with its crude colonial smugness, which previously boasted of making the skulls of American Indians into edible soup, and who back then gave out hunting awards to all those who brought an Indian skull. Here it is, adding salt to Karzai's injury of insult, in whose dictionary neither the definitions of dignity nor pride exist! Not only has Kerry refused to attend the Loya Jarga, but said that the idea of an apology was not at all raised in the talks with his subservient slave Karzai. Kerry said to reporters: "The important thing for people to understand is that not at all was there any talk about words of apology or even the use of this word in our discussions in any way." He also said: "The Afghan President Hamid Karzai did not ask for an apology." For her part, Susan Rice, Obama's adviser for National Security Affairs, assured on Tuesday that no apology is on the table.
We appeal to our sincere people in Afghanistan and remind the people of power amongst them that they have to condemn this Karzai and his tails, which legitimize the American occupation, and eradicate them from their roots. The land has to be purified of the influence of Kufr. Your land, dear people and loved ones, is famed for its great fearlessness and its resistance in surrendering to any conqueror, whether Caesarean, British, Communist or American.
Similarly we remind our sons and brothers from the officers in the Pakistani army to rise up to the pleasure of Allah to support Hizb ut Tahrir, which works to establish a Khilafah, heralded by the Servant and Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم. A Khilafah that will apply Islam, restore justice throughout the four corners of the world, and purify the land of the Afghans, Kashmir and other Muslim countries from the abomination of colonial occupation. A Khilafah that will punish the oppressors, and spread mercy throughout the world.
وَنُرِيدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنُرِيَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَحْذَرُونَ
"We desired to show kindness to those who were oppressed in the land and to make them leaders and make them inheritors and establish them firmly in the land and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their troops the very thing that they were fearing from them."

The Misdemeanor Court of Sidi Gaber sentenced the adult female defendants to 11 years in actual prison in Case No. 25790 of 2013 and the placement of 7 juvenile females at a juvenile detention center until reaching the legal age, and sentenced six agitators in absentia to 15 years imprisonment. The prejudicial rules that have been issued against the girls were based on flimsy charges. The public prosecutor charged the girls of joining a terrorist group, illegal gathering, the use of force, vandalizing shops and property, disturbing public peace, and disrupting the interests of citizens while protesting. The police had arrested the girls for organizing a human chain on the Corniche in Alexandria, on Thursday, 31 of October under the name of the movement, the 7am movement. Everyone who followed the case noted the quick speed by which the case was decided, while the cases of the corrupt Mubarak regime taking a long give and take!
The imprisonment of Muslim girls in Alexandria is a violation of the sanctities and it terrorizes and intimidates people, it is absolutely unacceptable to deal with honorable girls and women in this way.
Dear noble sisters,
The Muslim woman has been deprived the right to exercise her "real" political rights throughout the years that followed the demolition of the Khilafah! This also remained the same after the Arab Spring revolutions as they did not translate into a radical change that is consistent with the doctrine of Islam, the Aqeedah of this Ummah. The aspired political right for women is not the mock participation through seats in Parliament and representation through quotas or their involvement in committee sessions, while at the same time they are prevented from expressing their opinion and even arrested and tried for many years in prison!
Dear noble sisters,
You will not be able to exercise your political right and obtain your status and weight under democratic, civil or military regimes that neglect women affairs except in propaganda and advertising...! They make you, my dignified sister, toil and suffer for the survival of these systems, and if you scream out of grief and oppression they hurl you in prison for years!!
We assert definitely and inevitably, Allah willing, that the only state in which women would live esteemed and dignified, and attain their right, value and weight in the righteous Khilafah state. Under which, women carried the Islamic call (da'wah), supported the prophecy, and remained steadfast on the truth. She is the first martyr and the first physician in Islam. She is the scientist, the scholar, and the skilled politician. She nurtures and plays with her children, and at the same time elects the governor and accounts him... She is the respected judge, and an honor that must be protected. We are in the women's section of the Hizb ut Tahrir, we invite you, O sisters to work with us to re-establish the Khilafah state, which gives us glory in this world and dignity in the Hereafter.

Im Namen Allahs, des Allerbarmers, des Barmherzigen
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ وَاخْشَوْا يَوْماً لَّا يَجْزِي وَالِدٌ عَن وَلَدِهِ وَلَا مَوْلُودٌ هُوَ جَازٍ عَن وَالِدِهِ شَيْئاً إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُم بِاللَّهِ الْغَرُورُ
[31:33] O ihr Menschen, fürchtet euren Herrn und fürchtet den Tag, an dem kein Vater etwas für seinen Sohn tun kann und kein Sprößling im geringsten etwas für seinen Vater tun kann. Wahrlich, Allahs Verheißung ist wahr. Darum soll das Leben dieser Welt euch nicht verführen, noch sollt ihr euch über Allah mit (eurem) Denken selbst täuschen.

Die Geburt des ersten Kindes kann große Auswirkung auf die Beziehung eines Paares haben. Hier einige Tipps, die beim Wandel von Partnern zu Eltern helfen:
Legt eine Zeit fest, um miteinander darüber zu sprechen, wie ihr euch fühlt!
Respektiert, dass die gebärende Frau mit zuweilen schwierigen und dramatischen Veränderungen an ihrem Körper, in ihren Beziehungen und in ihrer Lebensweise umgehen muss!
Seid geduldig miteinander! Allâh liebt die Geduldigen.
Gesteht ein, dass der Partner der Frau oft neuen und herausfordernden emotionalen, körperlichen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen gegenübersteht!
Wie bei allem: Bittet Allâh um Hilfe!
Plant Wege, wie ihr euch gegenseitig das Gefühl gebt, geschätzt und umsorgt zu sein, sowohl in der Schwangerschaft als auch nach der Geburt des Babys!
Seid realistisch! Es gibt keinen Zweifel daran, dass eure Beziehung für eine gewisse Zeit an zweite Stelle rücken muss, da ihr beide in eurer Beziehung Platz für das Kind macht.
Versucht nach der Geburt Gefahrenherden für Streitigkeiten zuvorzukommen - Geschlechtsverkehr, Geld, Hausarbeit, Schwiegereltern – und sprecht darüber, wie ihr mit Meinungsverschiedenheiten umgehen werdet!
Sprecht über die Veränderungen des finanziellen Gleichgewichts, falls einer von euch vorhaben sollte das Arbeiten aufzugeben, und wie ihr eure unterschiedlichen Einstellungen zum Geld handhabt!
Wenn ihr bei der Hausarbeit hohe Ansprüche stellt, dann seht es etwas gelassener!
Seid gefasst, dass es Veränderungen in eurer sexuellen Beziehung geben wird – besonders nach der Geburt! Seid geduldig mit der nachlassenden Libido des anderen!
Übt Hilfe anzunehmen und fangt an, darum zu bitten! Ihr werdet sehen, dass es die kleinen Dinge sind, die Freunde und Verwandte tun, die den Übergang wesentlich erleichtern können.

Frage an euch , wer sind diejenigen den Allâh ta'aala die Gnade erwiesen hat und wer sind diejenigen die Allâh ta'aalas Zorn erregt haben und in die İrregehen ?

Wir sind diejenigen, die ALLAH ta'ala vernachlässigen und uns von Ihm entfernen!! Unsere Ungehorsamkeit & Undankbarkeit gegenüber ALLAH ta'ala ist die größte Respektlosigkeit, die wir ALLAH ta'ala erweisen.
Das sollte uns eine Ermahnung sein:
"Und unter den Menschen gibt es manchen, der ALLAH nur am Rande dient. Wenn ihn etwas Gutes trifft ist er damit beruhigt, doch wenn ihn eine Versuchung/Prüfung trifft, macht er eine Kehrtwende. Er verliert das Diesseits und das Jenseits. Das ist der deutliche Verlust." Sure 22, VerS 11

Pius ließ den Bankier Bernardino Nogara kommen, einen zum Katholizismus übergetretenen italienischen Juden ... Nogara ... schlug vor, ein Drittel dieser Summe in Gold anzulegen (das heute in Fort Knox eingelagert ist) und den Rest zu investieren. Er entwickelte den Grundsatz, dass das Investitionsprogramm des Vatikans nicht durch theologische Überlegungen eingeschränkt werden dürfe." 3) S. 244 Eine umfangreiche Studie zum Reichtum der Kirche mit dem Titel Vatikan besitzt den zweitgrößten Schatz der Welt erschien in der Ausgabe Nr. 42/1952 der italienischen Zeitschrift Oggi. Darin heißt es: "Der Schatz des Vatikans ist … der zweitgrößte der Welt, nach dem der Vereinigten Staaten und vor dem Englands, der in den letzten Zeiten stark abgenommen hat. Die Zahlen der einzelnen Staatsschätze (auch Goldreserven genannt) werden im Allgemeinen offiziell durch die UNO veröffentlicht, doch die des Vatikans können meist nur durch besondere Informationen vermutet werden. Der Schatz besteht überwiegend aus Goldbarren, und sein Wert beläuft sich auf 11,5 Milliarden Dollar, umgerechnet auf die astronomische Zahl von mehr als 7.000 Milliarden Lire. Zum Vergleich sei erwähnt, dass die Goldreserven der Italienischen Republik 400 Milliarden Lire und die de Zentralbank Frankreichs etwas mehr als das Doppelte betragen. Der Schatz Englands kann auf 2600 Milliarden Lire und der der Vereinigten Staaten auf 15.400 Milliarden Lire geschätzt werden." 1) (Übersetzung aus dem Italienischen) Der immense Goldschatz des Vatikans in unserer Zeit lässt sich im Detail nicht mehr so ohne weiteres beziffern. Des weiteren ist zwischen "inoffiziell" und "offiziell" zu unterscheiden und auch, inwieweit man von Gold-Depots außerhalb des Vatikans ausgeht. Auch kann zwischen Goldbarren und Goldmünzen unterschieden werden. Sicher ist nur, dass der Vatikan den Goldanteil zugunsten anderer Vermögenswerte mit der Zeit deutlich reduziert hat. Ob man jedoch "nur" noch von ca. einer Tonne Goldbarren "im Wert von 19 Millionen Euro" 39) ausgehen kann, darf dennoch bezweifelt werden. Hierzu eine aktuelle Studie: "Klares Zeugnis über die zunehmend unübersichtliche Verteilung von Vermögenswerten geben die Goldreserven ab. Diese wurden in den 1930er Jahren in Höhe von 235.765 Feinunzen angelegt, leider aber seit etwa 20 Jahren unter massiver Schwindsucht. 1992 standen nur noch 139.302 Feinunzen in den Büchern des IOR [der Vatikanbank], ein Jahr später sogar nur noch 47.772 Feinunzen. Ein deutlicher Hinweis, dass Vermögenswerte in massiver Form umgelagert wurden." In diesem Zusammenhang nennt die Zeitschrift Matrix 3000 ein "undurchschaubares Netzwerk für Geldwäsche, Waffenhandel und Korruption". 40) Genannt wird u. a. einer "Geisterbank auf den Bahamas", die vom einstigen Vatikan-Bank Chef, Erzbischof Paul Marcinkus, "mit verwaltet" wurde. Hinzu kommen auf jeden Fall Unmengen an Gold in unzähligen Diözesen und Kirchen. "Wen überfällt nicht ein Schaudern, wenn er den mit 20 Tonnen Blattgold vergoldeten Altar der Kathedrale von Sevilla bestaunt und dabei an das in den Minen vergossene Blut der Indianer denkt." 12) S. 66 Wie ist der Vatikan also zu diesem immensen Gold-Besitz gekommen? Aktien Der Vatikan pokert mit enormen Finanzreserven an der Wallstreet »Die auswärtigen Finanzreserven des Vatikans sind vornehmlich an der Wallstreet konzentriert. Insgesamt dürfte sich der Gesamtbesitz der Kirchenzentrale an Aktien und anderen Kapitalbeteiligungen bereits im Jahr 1958 auf etwa 50 Milliarden DM belaufen haben.« 4) S. 153 Diese Zahl dürfte inzwischen vermutlich auf weit über Hundert Milliarden Euro angewachsen sein. Wie ist der Vatikan zu diesem immensen Aktien-Besitz gekommen? Konzerne Der Vatikan ist »größter religiöser Wirtschaftskonzern« »Der Vatikan ist heute der größte religiöse Wirtschaftskonzern der Welt und fest engagiert in zahllosen Unternehmen in den Bereichen Immobilien, Plastik, Elektronik, Stahl, Zement, Textilien, Chemie, Nahrungsmittel und Bauwirtschaft.« 3) S. 244 (weitere Fakten zu diesem Thema hier) Die dem Vatikan gehörende Firma Italgas hat Tochter-Gesellschaften in 36 italienischen Städten. Der Vatikan mischt mit bei Teer, Eisen, Destillaten, Trinkwasser, Gasherden, Industrieöfen usw. Von den etwa 180 italienischen Kreditinstituten verfügt mindestens ein Drittel über vatikanisches Geld. 3) S. 244 Der Vatikan besitzt viele einflussreichste römische Banken und ist in Europa, in Nord- und in Südamerika an einer überwältigenden Fülle mächtiger Industrieunternehmen beteiligt, einige gehören sogar weitgehend dem Vatikan, wie z.B. Alitalia oder Fiat. 2) S. 121 Wie ist der Vatikan zu diesem immensen Besitz gekommen? Ländereien Die Kirche - der größte Grundbesitzer der westlichen Welt Einige Beispiele: Deutschland: Mit 8,25 Milliarden qm größter privater Grundbesitzer 34) S.208 (entspricht gut der Hälfte des Bundeslandes Schleswig-Holstein 34) S.208 oder der Größe von Bremen, Hamburg, Berlin und München zusammen) Italien: über 500.000 ha Ackerland Spanien: ca. 20 % aller Felder Portugal: ca. 20 % aller Felder Argentinien: ca. 20 % aller Felder England: ca. 100.000 ha USA: über 1.100.000 ha Ackerland; Weiden und Wälder sind nicht mitgerechnet. 26) S. 429 Wie ist die Kirche zu diesem immensen Land-Besitz gekommen? Städte / Immobilien Der Vatikan ist »größter Immobilienbesitzer« Man kann in Bezug auf die immensen Besitztümer des Vatikans nicht mehr nur von Immobilien sprechen, sondern eher von Städten oder Stadtteilen. Rom z. B. ist bereits zu 1/4 in den Händen des Vatikans, recherchierte Paolo Ojetti in der Zeitschrift L' Europeo am 7.1.1977. Sein Artikel war wie ein Telefonbuch zu lesen. Seitenweise listete er Tausende von Palästen auf, die z. T. den 325 katholischen Nonnen- und 87 Mönchsorden gehören. 5) Der Journalist Ojetti recherchierte auch in der italienischen Stadt Verona. Er druckte einen Stadtplan ab, auf dem ungefähr die Hälfte der Häuser schwarz markiert waren = Eigentum der katholischen Kirche. Er wies darauf hin, dass die Besitzverhältnisse in anderen Städten ähnlich sein dürften. 5) Das war dem Vatikan zuviel. Sie nannten den Artikel verwirrend, unverantwortlich, skandalös, antiklerikal, unkulturell und dumm. Der Direktor der Zeitschrift wurde sofort gefeuert. Es dauerte 21 Jahre, bis es wieder ein mutiger Journalist wagte, das Thema anzupacken. Max Parisi recherchierte für die Zeitung La Padania nochmals die Eigentumsverhältnisse in Rom und kam in seinem Artikel vom 21.6.1998 zum Schluss, dass jetzt bereits schon fast 1/3 aller Häuser Roms im Besitze des Vatikans sind. 6) Diese Immobilien von »unermesslichem Wert« befinden sich nach seiner Recherche in den besten Lagen: »Das ganze Gebiet vom Campo dei Fiori bis zum Tiber gegenüber der Engelsburg, vorbei an der Piazza Navona und den umliegenden Straßen ist praktisch vollständig im Besitz des Vatikans. Es handelt sich um etwas weniger als die Hälfte des historischen Zentrums.« Allein in dieser Zone sind es über 2500 Paläste. Diese ganzen Immobilien tauchen auf dem Katasteramt gar nicht auf, weil sie als »ausländisches Territorium« gelten. 6) Der Autor Guarino33) nennt Beispiele, wie Leute zwangsgeräumt und auf die Straße gestellt wurden, obwohl die Vatikanbank scheinheilig anderes versprochen hatte. Parisi fragt am Ende: »Was haben Glauben und 160.000 Milliarden Immobilienbesitz miteinander zu schaffen? Was hat Jesus mit ... den teuersten Terrassenwohnungen Roms zu tun?« 6) Jetzt versteht man die alten Prophezeiungen, nach denen den Römern eines Tages der Kragen platzt und die Prälaten ihre Kutten in den Tiber werfen müssen, um nicht erkannt zu werden ... Doch wie ist der Vatikan zu diesem immensen Besitz gekommen? Blutgeld durch Sklaverei Der Menschenhandel und die Sklaverei vergrößerten den Reichtum der Kirche, von dem sie heute noch lebt. Die Kirche unterstützte von Anfang an die Sklaverei und verschärfte sie in vielerlei Hinsicht. 7) S. 520.524 Papst Nikolaus V. legitimierte den Sklavenhandel in seiner Bulle Divino amore communiti (Aus göttlicher Liebe zur Gemeinschaft) am 18. Juni 1452. Deshalb war der Sklavenhandel legal und verursachte bei den Beteiligten keinerlei Skrupel. 10) S. 101 Der Papst hielt sich selber Sklaven. Papst Gregor I. hielt Hunderte Sklaven auf seinen Gütern und stimmte Gesetzen zu, die den Sklaven verboten, freie Christen zu heiraten. Ein Sklave wurde wie ein Stück Vieh betrachtet. Die Kirche behandelte Sklaven wie »Kirchengut« und dieses galt als unveräußerlich. Die Kirche schätzte den Wert von Kirchengütern manchmal nicht nach Geld, sondern nach Sklaven ein. 7) S. 523 Wurde trotzdem ein Sklave freigelassen, musste er mit seinem Vermögen die Kirche entschädigen. 7) (4. Synode von Toledo) Die Kirche verbot Sklaven, Testamente zu machen. Beim Tode eines Sklaven fielen seine Ersparnisse der Kirche zu. Laut dem »heiligen«. Thomas von Aquin waren Sklaven »zweckdienlich«. 7) S. 229 Die Kirche tat alles, um die Sklaverei zu erhalten, und nichts, um sie zu beseitigen. 7) S. 520 Ein Bischof durfte einen Sklaven nur entlassen, wenn er zwei Sklaven dafür als Ersatz anbot. 7) S. 523 Uneheliche Kinder von Klerikern wurden zu lebenslangen Kirchensklaven gemacht. Dies galt auch für Findelkinder. (3. Synode von Toledo) Der »heilige« Martin von Tours (heute in vielen Kirchen abgebildet, wie er seinen Mantel teilt) z. B. hielt sich 20.000 Sklaven. 7) S. 524 Auch die Klöster hatten Sklaven, sowohl zum Dienst im Kloster wie zur Bedienung der Mönche. Tausende gefangener Slawen und Sarazenen wurden als Sklaven an Klöster verteilt. 7) S. 528 Die Sklaverei dauerte auf Kirchenländereien und päpstlichen Gütern bis ins 11. Jahrhundert. »Schätzt man doch, dass zeitweise auf einen gefangenen Sklaven, der die afrikanische Küste noch lebend erreichte, zehn trafen, die schon beim Landtransport umgekommen waren, worauf von weiteren zehn etwa neun auf dem Seeweg verreckten.« 10) »Der Protestantismus ging von Anfang an in den gleichen Bahnen, nachdem Luther Leibeigenschaft und Sklaverei theologisch gerechtfertigt hatte. Bis weit ins 19. Jahrhundert trieben evangelische Staaten unter der theologischen Billigung der Missionare Sklavenhandel und gingen auf Sklavenjagd.« 8) S. 22 und 4) S. 150 Das erste englische Sklavenschiff hieß »Jesus«. 9) S. 179 Jesus predigte die Nächstenliebe. Mit dem Tun der Kirche ist diese nicht zu vereinbaren. Für den, der jetzt sagt, so sei halt die Zeit gewesen, hier ein Satz aus dem Koran: »Wünscht einer deiner Sklaven eine Freilassungsurkunde, so stelle sie ihm aus, wenn du ihn als gut kennst, und gib ihm einen Teil deines Reichtums, den Gott dir verliehen.« 7) S. 513 Es hätte also auch im «Christentum« anders sein können. Reputable news organisations such as CNN have even fallen victim to hoax tweets, most notable in December 2010 when it reported a false rumour doing the rounds online that actor Morgan Freeman had died in his home. But who could forget flurry of reports in 2009 that actor Jeff Goldblum had died after falling off a cliff in New Zealand that surfaced shortly after actual reports of Michael Jackson's death. Other celebrities who have been stung by the death hoax include Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Jackie Chan, George Clooney and Russel Crowe. Fortunately all are still very much alive.

PAUL WALKER STILL ALIVE PEOPLE!!!! On Saturday, Media Mass confirmed that he was alive. According to their source, there was no car crash and he didn't burn to death. This is not a new trend, with many actors meeting their maker purely by rumor and one that has been spread about Walker in the past. The original story was published by TMZ on Saturday with the headline, "Paul Walker Dead at 40 In Fiery Car Crash" and many called it out to be a hoax. Soon after publications, the TMZ site went offline, leading many to believe it was all a hoax. Countless celebrities who have been caught up in the web death rumor mill like Justin Bieber,Miley Cyrus, George Clooney, Adam Sandler,Jeff Goldblum, Lady Gaga and Bill Cosby Is Paul Walker dead? Is TMZ part of 'Fast and Furious' death hoax? "He joins the long list of celebrities who have been victimized by this hoax. He's still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet.

Officials said it could take some time before investigators know how fast a Porsche was traveling when it crashed in Santa Clarita on Saturday, killing "Fast & Furious" actor Paul Walker and another man. Walker, 40, and his friend, whom witness Jim Torp identified as Roger Rodas, took a red Porsche out for a spin as a charity event held in support of Walker's organization Reach Out Worldwide was winding down. Torp said he heard a loud boom, and knew his friends had been in an accident. The smoke from the crash was visible from Always Evolving Performance Motors, which Rodas owned, where car enthusiasts and supporters were still gathered -- some thinking it was just a fire on a nearby hill. Namun, orang sering bertanya, mengapan kalau diberkahi di tempat tersebut terjadi gejolak dan peperangan. Bukankah hal terebut bertentangan dengan diberkahi. "Kalau memang diberkahi, kenapa mereka berulang kali diberi ujian. Perang salib berkali-kali terjadi di Syam. Dan hari ini bagaimana kita melihat kondisi kaum muslimin di Suriah. Nabi Ayyub Alllah berikan penyakit bertahun-tahun namun itu adalah berkah. Dimana kadar keimanannya bertambah. Sahbat Nabi, Ubay bin Ka'ab yang meminta diberikan sakit demam, karena Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengatakan demam itu menggurkan dosa. Seorang sahabat Nabi yang berumur pendek.ia masuk Islam sebelum Zuhur, belum sempat bersujud kepada Allah, ikut jihad kemudian syahid. Itu juga berkah. Maka justru musibah yang Allah turunkan di tanah Syam itu adalah berkah. Orang-orang asalnya jauh dari cahaya Allah, mereka berbondong-bondong kembali kepada Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah.[usamah]

Rasulullah SAW menjelaskan: "Suku Israel dipimpim oleh Nabi-nabi. Jika seorang Nabi meninggal dunia, seorang nabi lain meneruskannya. Tetapi tidak ada nabi yang akan datang sesudahku; hanya para kalifah yang akan menjadi penerusku (Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaqib). 7. Rasulullah SAW menegaskan: "Posisiku dalam hubungan dengan nabi-nabi yang datang sebelumku dapat dijelaskan dengan contoh berikut: Seorang laki-laki mendirikan sebuah bangunan dan menghiasinya dengan keindahan yang agung, tetapi dia menyisakan sebuah lubang di sudut untuk tempat sebuah batu yang belum dipasang. Orang-orang melihat sekeliling bangunan tersebut dan mengagumi keindahannya, tetapi bertanya-tanya, kenapa ada sebuah batu yang hilang dari lubang tersebut? Aku seperti batu yang hilang itu dan aku adalah yang terakhir dalam jajaran Nabi-nabi". (Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaqib). 8. Rasulullah SAW menyatakan: "Allah telah memberkati aku dengan enam macam kebaikan yang tidak dinikmati Nabi-nabi terdahulu: - Aku dikaruniai keahlian berbicara yang efektif dan sempurna. - Aku diberi kemenangan kare musuh gentar menghadapiku - Harta rampasan perang dihalalkan bagiku. - Seluruh bumi telah dijadikan tempatku beribadah dan juga telah menjadi alat pensuci bagiku. Dengan kata lain, dalam agamaku, melakukan shalat tidak harus di suatu tempat ibadah tertentu. Shalat dapat dilakukan di manapun di atas bumi. Dan jika air tidak tersedia, ummatku diizinkan untuk berwudhu dengan tanah (Tayammum) dan membersihkan dirinya dengan tanah jika air untuk mandi langka. - Aku diutus Allah untuk menyampaikan pesan suciNYA bagi seluruh dunia. - Dan jajaran Kenabian telah mencapai akhirnya padaku (Riwayat Muslim, Tirmidhi, Ibnu Majah) 9. Rasulullah SAW menegaskan: "Rantai Kerasulan dan Kenabian telah sampai pada akhirnya. Tidak akan ada lagi rasul dan nabi sesudahku". (Tirmidhi, Kitab-ur-Rouya, Bab Zahab-un-Nubuwwa; Musnad Ahmad; Marwiyat-Anas bin Malik). 10. Rasulullah SAW menjelaskan: 'Saya Muhammad, Saya Ahmad, Saya Pembersih dan kekafiran harus dihapuskan melalui aku; Saya Pengumpul, Manusia harus berkumpul pada hari kiamat yang datang sesudahku. (Dengan kata lain, Kiamat adalah satu-satunya yang akan datang sesudahku); dan saya adalah Yang Terakhir dalam arti tidak ada nabi yang datang sesudahku". (Bukhari dan Muslim, Kitab-ul-Fada'il, Bab Asmaun-Nabi; Tirmidhi, Kitab-ul-Adab, Bab Asma-un-Nabi; Muatta', Kitab-u-Asma-in-Nabi; Al-Mustadrak Hakim, Kitab-ut-Tarikh, Bab Asma-un-Nabi). 11. Rasulullah SAW menjelaskan: "Allah yang Maha Kuasa tidak mengirim seorang Nabi pun ke dunia ini yang tidak memperingatkan ummatnya tentang kemunculan Dajjal (Anti-Kristus, tetapi Dajjal tidak muncul dalam masa mereka). Aku yang terakhir dalam jajaran Nabi-Nabi dan kalian ummat terakhir yang beriman. Tidak diragukan, suatu saat, Dajjal akan datang dari antara kamu". (Ibnu Majah, Kitabul Fitan, Bab Dajjal). 12. Abdur Rahman bin Jubair melaporkan: "Saya mendengar Abdullah bin `Amr ibn-`As menceritakan bahwa suatu hari Rasulullah SAW keluar dari rumahnya dan bergabung dengan mereka. Tindak-tanduknya memberi kesan seolah-olah beliau akan meninggalkan kita. Beliau berkata: "Aku Muhammad, Nabi Allah yang buta huruf", dan mengulangi pernyataan itu tiga kali. Lalu beliau menegaskan: "Tidak ada lagi Nabi sesudahku". (Musnad Ahmad, Marwiyat `Abdullah bin `Amr ibn-`As). 13. Rasulullah SAW berkata: " Allah tidak akan mengutus Nabi sesudahku, tetapi hanya Mubashirat". Dikatakan, apa yang dimaksud dengan al-Mubashirat. Beliau berkata: Visi yang baik atau visi yang suci". (Musnad Ahmad, marwiyat Abu Tufail, Nasa'i, Abu Dawud). (Dengan kata lain tidak ada kemungkinan turunnya wahyu Allah di masa yang akan datang. Paling tinggi, jika seseorang mendapat inspirasi dari Allah, dia akan menerimanya dalam bentuk mimpi yang suci). 14. Rasulullah SAW berkata: "Jika benar seorang Nabi akan datang sesudahku, orang itu tentunya Umar bin Khattab". (Tirmidhi, Kitab-ul-Manaqib). 15. Rasulullah SAW berkata kepada `Ali, "Hubunganmu denganku ialah seperti hubungan Harun dengan Musa. Tetapi tidak ada Nabi yang akan datang sesudahku". (Bukhari dan Muslim, Kitab Fada'il as-Sahaba). 16. Rasulullah SAW menjelaskan: "Di antara suku Israel sebelum kamu, benar-benar ada orang-orang yang berkomunikasi dengan Tuhan, meskipun mereka bukanlah NabiNYA. Jika ada satu orang di antara ummatku yang akan berkomunikasi dengan Allah, orangnya tidak lain daripada Umar. (Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaqib) 17. Rasulullah SAW berkata: "Tidak ada Nabi yang akan datang sesudahku dan karena itu, tidak akan ada ummat lain pengikut nabi baru apapun". 67. It is not for any prophet to have captives until he has made slaughter in the land. You desire the lure of this world and Allah desires for you the Hereafter, and Allah is Mighty. Wise. ( Cf. Matthew, x:34: " Think not that I am come to send peace on earth. I came not send peace, but a sword." While a prisoners-of-war are to be treated honorably, (cf. 76:8) in battle one should not be afraid to make slaughter among the enemy. Verses 67-9 were revealed when the Blessed Prophet had decided to spare the lives of the prisoners taken at Badr, and hold them to ransom, against the wishes of 'Umar, who wished them to be executed for their past crimes. The Blessed Prophet took the verses as a reproof, and they are generally understood to mean that no quarter ought to have been given in that first battle.) 68. Had it not been for an ordinance of Allah which had gone before, an awful doom would have come upon you on account of what you took. 69. Now enjoy what you have won, as lawful and good, and keep your duty to Allah. Surely, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 70.0 Prophet! Say to those captives who are in your hands: "If Allah knows any good in your hearts He will give you better than that which has been taken from, you, and will forgive you. Surely, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (This is a consolation to the prisoners of war. In spite of their previous hostility, Allah will forgive them in His mercy if there was any good in their hearts, and confer upon them a far higher gift than anything they have ever lost. In its highest sense, this would be the blessing of Islam; but even in a material sense, there was great good fortune awaiting them, for instance in the case of al-' Abbas, the uncle of the Blessed Prophet, who was among them.) 71. And if they would betray you, they betrayed Allah before, and He gave (you) power over them. Allah is Knower, Wise. 72. Those who believed and left their homes and strove with their wealth and their lives for the cause of Allah, and those who took them in and helped them; these are protecting friends of one another. And those who believed but did not leave their homes, you have no duty to protect them till they leave their homes; but if they seek help p from you in the matter of religion then it is your duty to help (them) except against a people between whom and you there is a treaty. Allah is Seer of what you do. (The reference is to the Muhajirun and the Ansar (the Emigrants from Makka and the new Muslim "helpers" of Medina, the people who forsook their homes and adopted voluntary exile with their blessed Leader, and their brethren in the Illuminated City, who gave them refuge and every kind of assistance, moral and material) Under the magnetic personality of the Blessed Prophet, these two groups became like blood brothers, and they were so treated in matters of inheritance during the period when they were cut off from their families.)

Pada suatu hari, Abu Bakar r.a telah ditanya oleh seorang sahabat tentang ke mana ruh pergi setelah ia keluar dari jasad, maka berkata Abu Bakar r.a :"Ruh itu menuju ke tujuh tempat"· Ruh para nabi dan utusan menuju ke syurga Adni. · Ruh para ulama menuju ke syurga Firdaus. · Ruh para mereka yang berbahagia menuju ke syurga Illiyyina. · Ruh para syuhadaa berterbangan seperti burung disyurga sekehendak mereka. · Ruh para mukmin yang berdosa akan tergantung di udara tidak di bumi dan tidak di langit sampai hari kiamat. · Ruh anak-anak orang yang beriman akan berada di gunung dari minyak misik. · Ruh orang-orang kafir akan berada dalam neraka Sijjin, mereka disiksa beserta jasadnya sampai hari kiamat.Telah bersabda Rasulullah S.A.W bahawa :"Tiga kelompok manusia yang akan berjabat tangannya oleh para malaikat pada hari mereka keluar dari kuburnya ialah"· Orang-orang yang mati syahid. · Orang-orang yang mengerjakan solat malam dalam bulan Ramadhan. · Orang yang puasa hari Arafah.Dari Al-Bara' bin 'Azib RA, katanya:Kami telah keluar bersama-sama Nabi S.A.W, mengiringi jenazah seorang lelaki dari kaum Ansar, lalu kami sampai ke kuburnya yang disediakan. Rasulullah S.A.W pun duduk lalu kami duduk disekelilingnya dengan keadaan tidak bergerak dan membisu seolah-olah ada burung yang hinggap di atas kepala kami, manakala Baginda S.A.W pula mencucuk-cucuk tanah dengan seranting kayu yang ada di tangannya. Setelah itu Baginda S.A.W mengangkat kepalanya lalu bersabda: "Mintalah kamu perlindungan kepada Allah dari azab kubur", (diulanginya sabdanya itu) dua atau tiga kali.Kemudian Baginda s.a.w bersabda lagi: "Sesungguhnya hamba Allah yang mukmin (ketika hendak mati) apabila dia berada dalam keadaan terputus dari dunia dan sedang menghadapi akhirat, akan turunlah kepadanya Malaikat-malaikat dari langit, putih bersih muka mereka, seolah-olah matahari, dengan membawa bersama mereka kain-kain kapan dari syurga, dan haruman yang ada di syurga, sehingga mereka duduk jarak daripadanya sejauh mata memandang.Kemudian datang Izrail a.s lalu duduk di sisi kepalanya sambil menyerunya dengan berkata: "Wahai jiwa yang baik! Keluarlah engkau menuju ke tempat keampunan dan keredhaan Allah".Baginda S.A.W bersabda lagi: "Kemudian roh orang itu keluar – mengalir seperti mengalirnya setitik air dari mulut bekas air (yang terbuat dari kulit kambing), lalu Malakul maut mengambilnya, maka apabila ia mengambilnya, Malaikat-malaikat (yang ditugaskan untuk itu) tidak membiarkannya ditangan Malakul maut walau sekelip mata sekalipun lalu mereka mengambilnya kemudian meletakkannya di dalam kain kapan dan haruman tersebut; dan keluar pula dari roh itu bau yang harumnya seperti haruman kasturi yang terdapat di atas muka bumi."Baginda S.A.W bersabda lagi: "Kemudian mereka membawanya naik ke langit, maka mereka tidak melalui (semasa membawanya) mana-mana kumpulan Malaikat melainkan kumpulan Malaikat itu berkata: "Roh yang baik ini roh siapa?" Mereka menjawab: "Roh si fulan anak si fulan' (dengan menyebutkan sebaik-baik namanya yang biasa mereka menamakannya dengan nama-nama itu di dunia), (demikianlah halnya) sehingga berakhirlah perjalanan mereka membawanya ke langit yang pertama; setelah itu mereka meminta dibukakan pintu langit untuknya, lalu dibukakan pintu untuk mereka, kemudian Malaikat-malaikat yang berkedudukan istimewa di sisi Tuhan dari penduduk tiap-tiap langit menghantar roh itu beramai-ramai hingga ke langit yang berikutnya, sehinggalah mereka berhenti membawanya di langit yang ketujuh."Setelah itu Allah 'Azza wa Jalla berfirman kepada Malaikat-malaikat (yang ditugaskan untuk itu): "Simpanlah suratan amal hamba-Ku ini dalam 'Illiyyin (tempat simpanan surat amal orang-orang yang berbakti) dan bawalah dia balik ke bumi, kerana sesungguhnya Aku telah menciptakan manusia dari bumi, dan ke bumi juga Aku kembalikan mereka, serta dari bumi pula Aku keluarkan mereka sekali lagi".Baginda S.A.W bersabda lagi: "Dan sesungguhnya orang yang kafir (ketika hendak mati) apabila ia berada dalam keadaan terputus dari dunia dan sedang menghadapi akhirat, akan turunlah kepadanya Malaikat-malaikat dari langit, hitam muka mereka, dengan membawa kain-kain kasar seperti kain kadut, lalu mereka duduk jarak daripadanya sejauh mata memandang. Kemudian datang Malakal maut, lalu duduk di sisi kepalanya sambil menyerunya dengan berkata: "Hai jiwa yang jahat! Keluarlah engkau menuju ke tempat kebencian dan kemurkaan Allah".Baginda S.A.W bersabda lagi: "Kemudian roh orang itu berselerak di merata jasadnya (kerana takut hendak keluar), lalu disentap rohnya itu oleh Malakul maut sebagaimana sebatang besi pembakar daging disentap dari segumpal bulu yang basah. Malakul maut pun mengambilnya, maka apabila ia mengambilnya, Malaikat-malaikat (yang ditugaskan untuk itu) tidak membiarkannya di tangan Malakul maut walau sekelip mata sekalipun sehingga mereka meletakkannya dalam kain kasar yang tersebut, dan keluar pula dari roh itu bau yang sebusuk-busuk bau bangkai yang ada di atas muka bumi. Kemudian mereka membawanya naik ke langit, maka mereka tidak melalui (semasa membawanya) mana-mana kumpulan Malaikat melainkan kumpulan Malaikat itu berkata: "Roh yang jahat ini roh siapa?" Mereka menjawab: "Roh si fulan anak si fulan," (dengan menyebutkan seburuk-buruk namanya yang biasa dipanggil dengan nama-nama itu di dunia); (demikianlah halnya) sehingga berakhirlah perjalanan mereka membawanya ke langit yang pertama, setelah itu mereka meminta dibukakan pintu langit untuknya, tetapi tidak dibukakan baginya."Kemudian Rasulullah S.A.W membaca (ayat 40 Surah al-A'raf ertinya): "…..Tidak sekali-kali akan dibukakan bagi mereka pintu-pintu langit dan mereka tidak akan masuk syurga umpama seekor unta yang cuba untuk masuk di dalam lubang jarum.".Kemudian Baginda S.A.W bersabda lagi: "Lalu Allah 'Azza wa Jalla berfirman kepada Malaikat: "Simpanlah suratan amal jahatnya di dalam neraka Sijjin (tempat simpanan surat amal jahat orang-orang yang berdosa), yang letakkanya di bumi yang terkebawah sekali.Lalu dicampakkan rohnya ke situ."(HR Ahmad, Abu Dawud)

Cheikh Abdel Mouhsin al Abbad حفظه الله Question : Qu'Allah soit bienfaisant envers vous. Dans notre pays s'est dressé un groupe qui s'est lui-même nommé « Ansar ach-Chari'a ». Ils suivent la voie du takfir en attaquant l'armée et les policiers sous prétexte qu'ils ne jugent pas selon ce qu'Allah a fait descendre. Est-il permis aux gens de la sunna de s'associer avec les policiers pour les combattre ?

Die wirkungsvollste Art jemanden etwas zu lehren besteht darin, dass man es vormacht, sprich indem man ein gutes Vorbild ist. Aus diesem Grund schickte Allâh zu allen Völkern Menschen als Propheten.
Der Prophet möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken war das beste Vorbild, so wie es Allâh sagt:
„Ihr habt ja bereits an ihnen gewiss ein schönes Vorbild für den, der stets auf Allâh und den Jüngsten Tag hofft ..." (Sûra 60:6).
Wir müssen verstehen, dass unsere Kinder, besonders wenn sie jung sind, lernen, wie man sich verhält, indem sie sehen, was wir tun.
Jedes Mal, wenn wir mit unseren Kindern umgehen, lehren wir sie etwas, unabhängig davon, ob wir sie gut oder schlecht behandeln oder ob wir es beabsichtigen oder nicht. Es gibt ein berühmtes Gedicht von einem anonymen Verfasser, das diesen Punkt hervorhebt. Es beginnt wie folgt:
Wenn ein Kind in Kritik lebt, dann lernt es zu verdammen.
Wenn ein Kind in Feindschaft lebt, dann lernt es zu kämpfen.
Wenn ein Kind in Spott lebt, dann lernt es schüchtern zu sein.
Demnach müssen wir sorgfältig prüfen, wie wir mit unserem Kind umgehen, um ein wünschenswertes Endergebnis zu erlangen. Das gleiche Gedicht geht wie folgt weiter:
Wenn ein Kind in Toleranz lebt, dann lernt es geduldig zu sein.
Wenn ein Kind in Fairness lebt, dann lernt es Gerechtigkeit.

Sabda Rasulullah SAW : " Sesungguhnya setelah Allah menciptakan Adam dan memerintahkan para malaikat untuk sujud (tanda penghormatan) kepada Adam, seluruh malaikat kemudian sujud kepadanya kecuali iblis. Dia enggan, sombong dan termasuk orang-orang yang kafir. Allah bertanya kepada iblis : Wahai iblis apa yang menyebabkan kamu tidak mahu sujud ketika Aku memerintahkan mu? Kata iblis : Aku lebih baik darinya, aku tercipta dari api sedangkan ia dari tanah. Allah berfirman: Keluarlah engkau dari syurga, sesungguhnya engkau terkutuk dan engkau dilaknat hingga akhir. Iblis keluar dalam ketakutan hingga terkencing-kencing. Dari titisan kencing iblis itulah tumbuh sejenis tumbuhan yang dinamakan pokok tembakau." Nabi bersabda lagi : "Allah memasukkan mereka ke dalam neraka dan sesungguhnya tembakau adalah tanaman yang keji"

In Damascus suburbs , which have been under a siege for almost a year, there is no food no drink and no medicine. Several calls for support have been sent because of the lack of food and medical equipment under the siege that Assad forces is forcing , with no answer at all . Two recorded death cases of two baby martyrs in the town " Moadameit Al sham " because of undernourishment and the lack of medical care. They are:

Frage:
Wie lautet das Urteil bzgl. der Verwendung von Siwâk während des Tages im Ramadân? Ist es erlaubt, den Speichel nach dem Gebrauch von Siwâk zu schlucken?
Antwort:
Alles Lob gebührt Allâh.
Es ist mustahabb, den Siwâk zu jeder Zeit zu benutzen – ob man fastet oder nicht, zu Tagesbeginn und am Abend. Die Beweise dafür sind folgende:
1. Al-Bukhâri (887) berichtete von Abu Hurayrah (möge Allâh mit ihm zufrieden sein), dass der Gesandte Allâhs (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) sagte: „Wäre es keine Härte von mir für meine Ummah gewesen, hätte ich ihnen zur Pflicht gemacht, dass sie den Siwâk vor jedem Gebet benutzen."
2. Al-Nasâ'i berichtete von 'Â'ishah (möge Allâh mit ihr zufrieden sein), dass der Prophet (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) sagte: „Der Siwâk reinigt den Mund und erfreut den Herrn." (Berichtet von al-Nasâ'i, 5; von al-Albâni in Sahîh al-Nasâ'i (5) als sahîh eingestuft)
Diese Ahâdîth weisen darauf hin, dass es mustahabb ist, den Siwâk zu jeder Zeit zu benutzen, und der Prophet (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) machte im Fall desjenigen, der fastet, keine Ausnahme – vielmehr schließt die allgemeine Bedeutung des Hadîth sowohl diejenigen ein, die fasten als auch diejenigen, die nicht fasten. Es ist erlaubt, den Speichel nach dem Gebrauch von Siwâk zu schlucken, aber wenn irgendetwas vom Siwâk in den Mund gelangt, sollten Sie es ausspucken und erst dann
den Speichel schlucken, ebenso wie es dem Fastenden erlaubt ist, Wudû' zu verrichten, wobei er das Wasser aus seinem Mund ausspucken sollte und anschließend seinen Speichel schlucken kann. Er muss seine Mundhöhle nicht vollkommen trocknen, nachdem er Wasser zum Ausspülen benutzt hat.
Al-Nawawi sagte in al-Majmû' (6/327):
Al-Mutawalli und andere sagten: Wenn der Fastende seinen Mund ausspült, muss er lediglich das Wasser ausspucken; er braucht seine Mundhöhle nicht zu trocknen, indem er ein Stück Stoff oder Ähnliches benutzt. Es gibt in diesem Punkt keinen Unterschied zwischen den Meinungen der Gelehrten.
Al-Bukhâri (möge Allâh barmherzig mit ihm sein) sagte:
Kapitel: Die Verwendung von frischem oder getrocknetem Siwâk für den Fastenden … Abu Hurayrah berichtete vom Propheten (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm): „Wäre es keine Härte von mir für meine Ummah gewesen, hätte ich ihnen zur Pflicht gemacht, dass sie den Siwâk vor jedem Gebet benutzen." Al-Bukhâri sagte: Es besteht kein Unterschied zwischen demjenigen, der fastet und demjenigen, der nicht fastet. 'Â'ishah (möge Allâh mit ihr zufrieden sein) berichtete, dass der Prophet (Frieden und Segen Allâhs seien auf ihm) sagte: „Der Siwâk reinigt den Mund und erfreut den Herrn."
'Ata' und Qutâdah sagten: Er darf seinen Speichel schlucken.
Al-Hâfiz sagte in al-Fath:
Durch die Verwendung dieser Überschrift widersprach er denjenigen, die behaupten, dass es für einen Fastenden makrûh ist, einen frischen Siwâk zu benutzen. Dies wurde durch Ibn Sirîns Vergleich zwischen frischem Siwâk und Wasser, das zum Ausspülen des Mundes (beim Wudû') verwendet wird, bekräftigt.
„Es besteht kein Unterschied zwischen demjenigen, der fastet und demjenigen, der nicht fastet" bedeutet ebenso, dass es zwischen frisch und getrocknet keinen Unterschied gibt. Durch diese Darstellung wird ersichtlich, dass alles, was in diesem Kapitel berichtet wurde, zur Überschrift passt. Dies alles wird im Hadîth von Abu Hurayrah – „Wäre es keine Härte von mir für meine Ummah gewesen, hätte ich ihnen zur Pflicht gemacht, dass sie den Siwâk vor jedem Gebet benutzen" – zusammengefasst. Dies weist darauf
hin, dass es zu jeder Zeit und in allen Situationen erlaubt ist.
„'Ata' und Qutâdah sagten: Er darf seinen Speichel schlucken." Diese Anmerkung passt in dem Sinne zur Überschrift, als dass die schlimmste Sache, die durch die Benutzung von frischem Siwâk befürchtet werden kann, darin besteht, dass etwas davon in den Mund gelangen könnte. Dies ist wie bei der Benutzung von Wasser, um den Mund auszuspülen; wenn man es ausspuckt, ist es nicht schlimm, wenn man anschließend seinen Speichel hinunterschluckt.
Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymîn sagte:
Die korrekte Ansicht besteht darin, dass der Gebrauch des Siwâk vom Fastenden Sunnah
ist – am Tagesanbruch und am Abend. Fatâwa Arkân al-Islam, S. 468 Der Siwâk ist während des gesamten Tages für denjenigen, der fastet, Sunnah – selbst wenn er frisch ist. Wenn jemand den Siwâk während des Fastens benutzt und bemerkt, dass er ihn schmecken kann, und er verschluckt es, oder er spuckt es aus und es bleibt Speichel im Mund übrig und er schluckt ihn hinunter, dies schadet nicht. Al-Fatâwa al- Sa'diyyah, 245.
Er sollte die Dinge vermeiden, die etwas enthalten, was sich herauslösen könnte, wie frischer Siwâk und diejenigen, denen Aroma beigefügt wurde, das sich herauslöst, wie Zitrone und Minze. Er muss alles ausspucken, was abreißt und in den Mund gelangt, und es ist nicht erlaubt, es absichtlich hinunterzuschlucken, aber wenn er es unabsichtlich hinunterschluckt, so ist es nicht schlimm.

كيا قرآن جمع كرنا اور جمعہ كى پہلى اذان بدعت ہے ؟
اگر بدعت مردود ہے قابل قبول نہيں تو قرآن مجيد جمع كرنے كے بارہ ميں كيا ہے ؟ اور اسى طرح دوسرى اشياء كا اضافہ مثلا عمر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كا اذان ميں اضافہ كرنا ؟
برائے مہربانى اس كى وضاحت فرمائيں، كيونكہ بعض لوگ بدعت كى تقسيم كرتے ہوئے بدعت حسنہ كو جائز قرار ديتے ہوئے اسے نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كى طرف منسوب كرتے ہيں، آيا يہ صحيح ہے ؟
الحمد للہ:
آب نے جو يہ ذكر كيا ہے كہ ابو بكر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نے قرآن مجيد جمع كيا تھا، اس كے متعلق گزارش ہے كہ يہ بدعت نہيں بلكہ يہ سنت ہے جس پر لزوم كا نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے حكم ديتے ہوئے فرمايا:
" تم ميرى اور ميرى بعد خلفاء راشدين المھديين كى سنت كو لازم پكڑو "
سنن ترمذى حديث نمبر ( 2676 ) سنن ابو داود حديث نمبر ( 4607 ) سنن ابن ماجہ حديث نمبر ( 42 ) اس حديث كو امام ترمذى نے اور امام حاكم ( 1 / 177 ) نے صحيح قرار ديا ہے اور علامہ البانى نے صحيح الجامع حديث نمبر ( 2549 ) ميں صحيح كہا ہے، يہ حديث عرباض بن ساريہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ سے مروى ہے اور يہ خليفہ راشد ابو بكر الصديق رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كى سنت ميں سے ہے.
اور بدعت اسے كہا جاتا ہے كہ كسى ايسے عمل سے اللہ تعالى كا تقرب حاصل كيا جائے جس كى مثال پہلے نہ گزرى ہو، قرآن مجيد تو پہلے سے لوگوں كے سينوں ميں اور مختلف تختيوں ميں كئى ايك صحابہ كرام كے پاس جمع تھا، اور اس سارے قرآن مجيد كو ايك ہى جگہ اور ايك كتاب ميں جمع كرنا كوئى منكر كام نہيں.
زيد بن ثابت رضى اللہ تعالى كو جب ابو بكر صديق رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نے قرآن مجيد جمع كرنے كا حكم ديا تھا تو زيد رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ فرماتے ہيں:
تو ميں قرآن مجيد كو اوراق اور چمڑے اور ہڈيوں اور كھجور كى چھال اور لوگوں كے سينوں وغيرہ سے جمع كرنا شروع كيا.
قاضى ابو بكر الباقلانى نے ابو بكر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كے اس فعل كى كئى ايك وجوہات بيان كى ہيں ان ميں سب سے اچھى اور بہت يہ پانچ ہيں:
اول:
رسول كريم صلى اللہ وسلم نے مصلحت كى بنا پر ايسا نہيں كيا اور ضرورت كى بنا پر ابو بكر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نے اسے جمع كر ديا.
دوم:
اللہ سبحانہ و تعالى نے خبر دى ہے كہ يہ صحف اولى ميں ہے اور محمد صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كے پاس بھى اس جيسا ہے فرمان بارى تعالى ہے:
{ اللہ تعالى كا رسول پاك صحيفے تلاوت كرے، جن ميں صحيح اور درست احكام ہوں }.
تو يہ اللہ اور اس كے رسول كى اقتداء كرتے ہوئے ہوا.
سوم:
انہوں نے اس اللہ تعالى كے درج ذيل فرمان كو ثابت اور پورا كرنا چاہا:
{ يقينا ہم نے ذكر نازل كيا ہے اور ہم ہى اس كى حفاظت كرنے والے ہيں }.
يہ اس كے پاس محفوظ تھا، اور اللہ نے ہميں بتايا كہ اس كے نزول كے بعد بھى اس كى حفاظت كريگا، اور اس كى حفاظت ميں يہ شامل ہے كہ اللہ تعالى نے اسے جمع كرنا صحابہ كے ليے آسان كر ديا، اور اس كى تقييد اور ضبط ميں ان سب كو جمع فرمايا كسى نے بھى اس ميں اختلاف نہيں كيا.
چہارم:
نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كاتبين وحى كو قرآن مجيد خود لكھاتے اور اس كى املاء كرواتے تھے، كيا كسى متصور پر اس كے دل ميں صحيح معنى مخفى ہو سكتا ہے كہ يہ اس كى كتابت اور ضبط اور صحيفہ ميں تقييد پر تنبيہ تھى، اگر اللہ كا اس كى حفاظت كا ضامن ہونے ميں امت كا كوئى عمل نہ ہوتا تو اللہ تعالى كا اس كى حفاظت كا ذمہ لينے اور بتا دينے كے بعد نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم اسے نہ لكھواتے، ليكن آپ كے علم ميں تھا كہ اللہ كى حفاظت ميں شامل ہے كہ وہ اسے ہمارے ليے آسان كرے اور اس كى كتابت كى تعليم دے اور ہمارے مابين صحف ميں ضبط كروائے.
پنجم:
يہ ثابت ہے كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے دشمن كے علاقے ميں قرآن مجيد لے جانے سے منع فرمايا ہے" يہ اس كى تنبيہ ہے كہ امت ميں قرآن لكھا ہوا ہو گا اور وہ اسے اپنے ساتھ سفروں ميں لے كر جائيں گے.
ابو بكر بن العربى كہتے ہيں:
يہ سب سے واضح وجوہات ہيں.
ديكھيں: احكام القرآن ( 2 / 612 ).
اور آپ كا يہ كہنا كہ: عمر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نے اذان ميں كوئى نئى چيز اضافہ كيا تھا، اس كے متعلق ہميں تو كوئى علم نہيں، ليكن شائد آپ كا اس سے مقصد عثمان رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كا نماز جمعہ كے ليے پہلى اذان كا اضافہ ہے، اور يہ صحيح ہے، كيونكہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كے دور ميں ايك ہى اذان ہوا كرتى تھى، اور جب عثمان رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كو خلافت ملى اور مدينہ ميں وسعت ہو چكى تھى اور آبادى پھيل گئى تھى تو عثمان رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نے ديكھا كہ جمعہ كے ليےوقت سے قبل ايك اذان كہى جائے تا كہ لوگ جمعہ كى تيارى كر ليں اور اسے پہلى اذان كہا جاتا ہے.
سائب بن يزيد بيان كرتے ہيں رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم اور ابو بكر اور عمر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما كے دور ميں جمعہ كى پہلى اذان اس وقت ہوتى تھى جب امام منبر پر بيٹھ جاتا، اور جب عثمان رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كو خلافت ملى اور لوگ زيادہ ہو گئے توانہوں تيسرى اذان كا اضافہ كر ديا.
اور ايك روايت ميں ہے تو عثمان رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نے پہلى اذان كا حكم ديا، اور ايك روايت ميں ہے دوسرى اذان كا عثمان رضى اللہ نے حكم ديا.
اس ميں كوئى تناقض اور منافاۃ نہيں، اسے تيسرى زيادہ كے اعتبار سے كہا گيا ہے، اور اذان اور اقامت سے مقدم ہونے كى بنا پر پہلى كہا گيا، اور دوسرى حقيقى اذان كے اعتبار سے نہ كہ اقامت ـ يہ زوراء پر كہى جاتى تھى.
ابو عبد اللہ يعنى امام بخارى كہتے ہيں كہ مدينہ كے بازار ميں زوراء نامى ايك جگہ تھى جہاں اذان ہوتى.
صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 870 ).
اور يہ اذان بدعت ميں شامل نہيں ہوتى بلكہ يہ خليفہ راشد عثمان بن عفان رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كى سنت ميں شامل ہوتى ہے جس كے التزام كا حكم ديتے ہوئے نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
" تم ميرى اور ميرے بعد خلفاء راشدين كى سنت كا التزام كرو "
پھر يہ اذان تو ايك معقول علت كے ساتھ معلول ہے اور وہ يہ كہ لوگوں كو نماز قريب ہونے كى تنبيہ كرنا، اور علم كے ليے يہ بھى ہے كہ اس اذان پر كوئى احكام مرتب نہيں ہوتے مثلا خريد و فروخت كى حرمت يا مسجد جانے كا وجوب، اور پھر عثمان رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ كى يہ فقہ ميں تھا كہ انہوں نے اسے مسجد ميں نہيں بلكہ بازار ميں دينے كا حكم ديا، اور اس طرح كى چيز كا زيادہ سے زيادہ صرف لوگوں كو نماز كا وقت قريب ہونے پر متنبہ كرنا، كيونكہ گھروں كى دورى كى بنا پر ايسا ہوا جيسا كہ اوپر بيان ہو چكا ہے.
اس ليے بيان كيا جاتا ہے كہ على رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نے كوفہ ميں ضرورت نہ ہونے كى بنا پر اس پر عمل نہيں كيا.

Subhanallah es Stimmt Eltern können einen das Heiraten manchmal sehr Schwer machen liebe Brüder und Liebe Schwestern aber mann sollte die Schuld nicht immer nur bei den Eltern suchen sondern auch bei sich selbst denn oft ist es so das die Brüder und die Schwestern viel zu hohe ansprüche haben die kaum jemand erfüllen kann er z.B ( Bart ist ein sehr sehr hoher Factor bei Schwestern gewurden aber mann sollte bedenken das der mann kein einfluss darauf hat wann ihm ein Bart wächst oder das mann eine E Klasse fährt und ne grosse wohnung haben soll etc , bei den Brüdern kann ich auch ein kurzes beispiel nennen ( Sie muss so hübsch wie magan fox oder keine ahnung sein und den besten körper der welt haben ) Lieber Bruder Liebe Schwester ihr seid auch nicht gerade das Gelbe vom Ei und Stellt vorderungen die niemand erfüllen kann seid Froh das ihr In sha Allah einen Rechenschaffnen Diener oder Dienerin findet . Wir müssen uns von unseren Angewohnheiten die Haram sind und kontonurilich begehen fernhalten, den diese sind fatal für die Arbeit an der Khilafah und überhaupt für einen Muslim, den sie machen einen faul unentschlossen und haben weitere Auswirkungen, des Weiteren kann es auch der Grund sein warum der Sieg Allahs nicht kommt.
Auch wenn uns es schwer vorkommen mag, davon loszulassen, sollten wir die Worte Allahs reflektieren, wo Allah Ta'ala sagt ungefähr:
"Und Wir fordern von keiner Seele etwas über das hinaus, was sie zu leisten vermag. Und Wir haben ein Buch, das die Wahrheit spricht; und es soll ihnen kein Unrecht geschehen." (23:62)
Möge Allah subhanahuwata'ala uns verzeihen, unsere offenkundigen bis vergessen Sünden, Amin H.N

نعم هذه الحضاره و التخلف عند المسلمين
التخلف عندهم علم وبالمقابل العلم عندهم جهل
و اجداد المسلمين هو ابو جهل !
انظرالى بلاد الشام الفتنه و الجهل فيها من صانعها ومن مخطط لها ومن الة التنفيذ!
انظر الى بلاد المغرب العربي هناك فتنه وجهل وشعوذه و سحر، اليس هذا تخلف الشعوب !
انظر الى الخليج هناك حكومات متكبره و متعجرفه و مرتبطه مباشره بالامبرياليه العالميه لحماية مصالحها خوفا من شعوبها وفارضه بالقوه و بالحديد و النار و البطش التخلف الاسلامي على شعوبها،
مطلوب حرب على الأرهاب ... حرب على الفقر والجهل والمرض ... حرب على المعاناه والعشوائيات والحلول العشوائية .. حرب على الفكر وأنماطة المتخلفة ... حرب على الرجعية وأصحاب الثقافة القشريه ..
دخل عصر البخار .. والمسلمون نائمون !
دخل عصر الديزل .. والمسلمون نائمون !
دخل عصر الكهرباء . والمسلمون نائمون !
دخل عصر الذرة .. والمسلمون نائمون !
دخل عصر الكمبيوتر .. والمسلمون نائمون !
دخل عصر الفضاء .. والمسلمون نائمون !
بدأ عصر الاستنساخ والخلايا الجذعية .. والمسلمون نائمون !
هبطت مركبة على المريخ .. والمسلمون نائمون !
دخل العالم الآن عصر أجهزة النوكيا والآي فون والآي باد والمسلمون نائمون !!
لقد تغير العالم من حولنا عشرات المرات، وكتب التاريخ صفحاته العلمية المجيدة بأحرف من نور للعلماء والمبدعين والمخترعين والمكتشفين والمسلمون يصلون الصلوت الخمس ويحجون إلى حجارة مكة ، فحكموا بذلك على أنفسهم وأجيالهم بالتخلف العقلي والفقر والمرض والجهل !!
و مازالوا على عندهم وهي و راثه من ابيهم اوجهل يردون شرب بول الحمير و البغال
الجمال بدلا عن الدواء هذا تقدم و ابداعات الاسلام !!!! لا تحدثني عن دينكم بالكلام حدثني عن اعمالكم و افعالكم!
